Sorry the website an treatment prices did not meet my expectations . I was very disappointed upon arrival . I actually canceled my originally planned treatment because of a unsettling feeling . Not the salon that presents them self to be on the higher end of the business scale ! Sorry but the whole experience was unprofessional an not the SPA experience I was hoping for on our girls getaway . I was told the owner has opened another location . I asked if she was there out of curiosity an was told she wasnt . They also no longer operate on the 5 th floor as indicated on the website but the location is fantastic an the staff is very friendly .

Had a pedi there with my bestie. Beautiful space -- clean, nicely decorated, able to accommodate larger parties. Less of a nail color selection than normal, but still enough to choose from. Service was very good -- loved the products, the techs were incredibly friendly and nice. Massage was just ok with the pedi but better than most. Very relaxing experience. Overall, would most definitely recommend to friends!

Called- left message. A few days later they returned my call. Spoke to the owner about hair and makeup for a specific date/occasion. She told me to call and confirm with them because sometimes "falls through the cracks" Called but could not leave a message as their mailbox was full. Called 2 more times, same thing. Im with the person above, not chasing them down.

FABU IS CLOSED... BASICALLY! Since they moved locations to Falmouth, no one answers the phone, they stopped offering massages, and they dont return messages. What is going on at FABU?!? Very irresponsible of the owner not to publicly close the business while she gets it under control.

We called, no answer. We texted, no answer. We showed up to their office, they were closed when they said theyd be open. Extra star bc it looks lovely - great aesthetic. BUT Im not willing to chase them down again.

Loved it so much!!!!! Awesome treatments. The staff is very professional, well trained, and polite. Its very high end. And has a beautiful new location, in Falmouth, Maine!
