The stylist was having a bad day when I went in last and she had a grumpy attitude, and she gave me a terrible haircut. She acknowledged she did a bad job but didnt try to fix it, didnt offer to have me back in another time to repair it, and she charged full price. Everyone has bad days but you need to provide better customer service and a higher degree of professionalism and try to make up for it if your negative attitude is going to impact your work. On the upswing, nice environment, and their esthetician does wonderful work with nails and skincare. I will not be returning for hair however.

I have gone to Satori on Fore Street in Portland for about 2 years. Paige has been my stylist. When she is working on me, she is all about giving me the best cut, style and color possible. Stylists at Satori are more then beauty school graduates, they all have additonal education and are up with the most current techniques and products. I have always come away from Satori with exceptional satisfaction and a cut that says I know what Im doing. I speak the truth. DP from Skowhegan

Ive been searching for a Portland salon that does good eyelash tinting and it IS HARD to find. Satori was able to get me right in for my last minute lash tint and did a FABOULOUS job. The price was very reasonable- only $25! The salon is small, but cute and the receptionist was very friendly. If you are considering getting a last tint, but are nervous about trusting someone with dye around your eyes, try this place!
