If I could give less than one star, I would. When I went in to set up my unit, the woman who helped me was certainly nice, although she wouldnt stop pressing me to leave a review here, which I understood. She even helped me to set up recurring payments to make everything easier. Except she didnt set up the recurring payment as promised, and so I received a notification about a late fee and owing. Mistakes happen and so I called to straighten it out. Being told it had been set up, I didnt feel I should need to pay the "late fee." I missed their initial callback, and though I have called several more times, there has been no response. I would not recommend this storage unit to anyone, ever. After the initial schmooze for a good review and to get you to sign you will be ignored, especially if they make an error, that is unacceptable behavior. I cannot wait until I can get my things out of their incapable hands

Let’s start with I walked up to a locked door on a open business day !!! She was on the phone walked over unlocked the door and walked away I guess she to good to open the door !!! So miss zero personality say after couple minutes putting the phone down how can I help . I tell her what I need and she is very pissy acting towards me for no reasons other then I stopped her from screwing off on company time I believe! She tells me the prices and I say hey I have a friend that has a storage unit with you and it’s 84.00 . And she says so . Know if I was her I would of looked at the lame chart they have for prices and say this is why it’s a very small unit ! But miss c– you next Tuesday has attitude ! So zero help zero customer service and haha over priced units can stick it where the sun don’t shine !! And have customer come on here to give them a good review is lame they know it !!!!

This was the first time I have ever needed a storage space so I entered Uncle Bobs in Saco with a ton of stupid questions and Keira, Sue and the rest of the staff were the best! They answered all my questions, helped me figure out the space I needed and even called around to check availability at other rental places...seriously, how awesome is that!!! Obviously I rented from them after that level of customer service and I wasnt disappointed. Units were clean, lot was safe and well lit, I hated to leave!!! If you need a storage space, this is where to start your search, the best!

Had a great experience. Moved my stuff out after about 8 months and had no issues. Sue called to ask if I had moved out prior to my notifying anyone because they discovered that I had left my unit "locked open" on their daily lock checks. My unit was empty so I wasnt concerned, but was very impressed that they discovered this just hours after I moved out. The unit stayed dry, everything was clean, great customer service, and easy access to the unit 24 hours a day. I would recommend to anyone. Thank you!

I highly recommend Life Storage in Saco! Sue is absolutely phenomenal, always helpful and super friendly. She helped me through literally every step of the process. I was a customer a few months ago and a turn of events led me to needing storage again. I didnt have a second thought on who I should call. With their convenient location and office hours, Life Storage just can not be beat. I would recommend them in a heartbeat to anyone who asked me! Thank you again for your help SUE!!!

Sue and Kiera are always helpful here. I have been a customer here for five years and have never had any issues, even moving to three different units as my needs have changed. My space is always shoveled clear of snow, it is safe and secure, and the customer service is great! Sue has come around and offered to take small bits of trash or help lift a heavy box. It is a very friendly place. The 24 hour access is also quite welcome for my schedule. I recommend Uncle Bobs in Saco for sure.

We have had an excellent experience with Life Storage in Saco. After a long & tiring move from FL we were greeted by a very friendly & upbeat woman - Sue. She was so helpful & made the whole process so easy. When the moving truck arrived we found we needed a second unit. Sue found one right away & took care of everything. The units were very clean & access to the units is very easy. We would highly recommend the Saco Life Storage facility. A special thanks goes to Sue.

Couldnt have had a more pleasant and easy experience. I reserved a 5x15 unit online yesterday, stopped in today at lunch time to sign the agreement, and had my first load of items in my unit within 15 minutes. Sue, the Associate Manager, is extremely nice and helpful and explains everything to you before you sign it. The location is great and it is priced competitively. I would definitely recommend LifeStorage and its staff to anybody.

Sue is amazing!! The location is perfect for me, directly on my way home from work. When my Nana passed away, I called and Sue immediately came up with not only a space for her things but one close to my other space. And then my moms house sold, and she got me a space across from the other two. Incredible!! After being a customer for TEN years, Sue is like family. I have never had any questions about security and Sue Jennison has Always been a great asset to me with any question I have ever had I am not very good with computers and she spent the time to walk me through the presses of setting up automatic bill pay .... she is the best and a true benefit to this location ..... They made sure I didnt lose my belongings and that I was ok, not just as a customer, but as a person whose life has been shattered. Life Storage has been a blessing!!

Ive rented a unit here in the past and I received excellent service from Sue Jennison. My niece needed storage and I immediately bought her to Life Storage because of the wonderful service and the convenient location. I definitely would recommend this place for any and all of your storage needs!
