This was the worst move of my life, and I moved 13 times before. They moved household of my mom. They left plenty of things in the old apartment. They damaged the furniture. When I complained about it, they denied everything. Despite the fact that I paid for insurance, they even refused to look at the damage, claiming that we did the damage ourself after they left. I never saw so dishonest and rude company before. This was more of a extortion scheme than a professional move. They charged much more than we agreed upon, despite of the fact that we moved plenty of things ourself, before and after the move.

I would highly recommend Parker K Bailey and Sons to anyone who is contemplating a move. We found everyone within this company to be extremely professional, and we felt completely supported during our recent out-of-state move. We needed extra help on moving day, and the move lasted longer than expected, but we only paid what was originally quoted. Everything arrived at our destination without breakage or mix-ups. Best moving company we have ever used!

Very disappointed in this company. Moving interim house to newly purchased home (20 - 25 miles away) and were okay with the charge from Brewer to our home and back to Brewer, that was a given - most everything is packed and we have very little furniture - were quoted $2000 and told it would take up to 14 hours!!! Over the top does not describe this quote! We know we can do better.

Very good service and support for the domestic start of an overseas shipment. They knew what to do and just got the job done, which for me was mainly getting the arrangements made for the international connections and giving me confidence in that being handled correctly. Right price too.
