Customer service by both the call center and drivers was excellent! Transit times were accurate. My only issue was that our stuff was filthy when it arrived. There was even some weird red jelly-like substance covering the back of the truck. Id love to give them 5 stars, but the additional cleaning our stuff required once it arrived was just too much.

I was pleasantly surprised with how well the process unfolded. The transit time was exactly as stated, the price was fair and people were helpful. I moved from one coast to the other and the only problems I had were of my own making. Packing and unpacking the trailer was not a task for the faint of heart!
