Positive: Good stylist Negative: I attended the salon four times. Each visit, Rose (proprietor) would charge a different amount (increased) for the service. The prices increased from $28.00 to $35.00. When I questioned her about the increasing prices vs the "advertised prices" (prices pinned to wall), she became a little aggravated with me. I suggested she revise the old poster on the wall with updated prices to prevent her customers from asking her further questions about the fees. She then, for each visit would become somewhat abrupt and would not face me (give me eye contact) when quoting the price/s. She would tell her associates to tell me. She also would talk about her customers in Spanish to her workers. I understand what she was saying (took three years of Spanish and presently am taking conversational Spanish).Talk about being professional. My advice: Get a feel of the place should you choose this particular site for hair care. Just be mindful of the fees and Roses attitude.

I wouldnt go here if you are natural and want to get the roller set instead of your shampooed hair blow dried straight. The shampoo lady tried to pull my hair out, and when i mentioned that she was pulling my hair out, her only response was, its because your natural. So I said, ok, since you dont know how to detangle hair, you can stop right now! I gave them two stars because, the owner, Rose (Rosaria) is a doll!! She refused to let me leave unhappy. I asked if I could just pay for the shampoo and go and she said no, Ill do it for you. She detangled properly, set my roller set, and later blowed my hair out. Sadly, I wasnt satisfied with the blowout. However, I appreciated her effort and great customer service skills. I dont ever plan on going back. But thought I would share my experience with those who are natural and prefer the roller set in place of your wet hair being blown straight. Note: this was my first (and last) time going to this salon.

Came in and everyone was so nice. Told me my hair was 30 .Ive been going to salon now for over 10 years for my hair and never am I charged almost $20 Ive the amount for permed hair not natural but permed. I did get a special conditioner for $10 more but my end result was $57.50. I payed but will never ever go here again owner unpleasant and just not a pleasure to be around never again will I step foot in this place again. I told her and she did nothing the whole demeanor of the salon changed and the acted like they didnt know what I was talking . Maybe I was speaking Chinese because they all speak Spanish and pay u no attention. They talk about u yo the employees and even have Spanish on t.v.

IF YOU HAVE NATURAL HAIR. DO NOT. I REPEAT DO NOT GO HERE. If you have a perm then you will have a good chance at it. The lady pulls your hair from the roots instead of starting from the tips. I really cant just think about how much of my hair came out. I was upset. I even told the lady about herself. After the wash and set and blow out It still looked terrible and puffy. I read the reviews before I went in. I still took my chances like a dummy. NEVER AGAIN.

Avoid this place if you have natural hair. They dont care properly for it. They comb through it with small tooth combs, I can only imagine how much of it came out. They blow dry lady kept burning me especially when she flat ironed my hair :-( Then was some lady that worked there who sat on the phone and basically stared at me the whole time. None of them are friendly, except for Rosario. Lastly the place wasnt clean, Trrible experience altogether.

I went in for a regular roller set and blow dry and I must say although I was a little upset about the long wait the blow dry was phenomenal I have long hair and it was bone straight just the way I like it...this was 3weeks ago, i am hoping they open tomorrow 7/4/2010 so I can get my hair done.

My hair always looks great after leaving here but the price constantly changes even when I get the seam service each time and theres usually a long wait no matter what time you go. The shop owner is very pleasant but the other workers are unprofessional and the shampoo lady is super rude.

I have been going to this shop for several years. I absolutely love Juana!!!! She only works weekends but my hair always and I mean always comes out beautiful. I only go maybe every 6 weeks because I wear my hair curly most of the time. But I have never been disappointed

I got a perm 3 weeks ago all my hair is coming out. I have patches, breakage all over, I was told by my doc that my hair was fried over processed. I went in for a touch up and they permed my whole head.
