my first visit was on 5/8/15. a friend of mine had mentioned going to it and I hadnt even realized it was there (and I live within walking distance) the pizza restaurant and 7 11 take up a lot of signage room. a women inside said they opened in October of 2014. I got there at 630 for a walk-in pedicure and was taken back within 5 or so minutes. they had a great selection of colors and it was nice and cool inside (you know how some nail salons get lazy and cheap and just prop the doors open). there are approx. 5 or 6 pedi chairs. I cant even tell you how great these chairs are! the massage parts actually massage (not just move around). up front there are like 3 salon chairs for hair and in the middle are two sinks for hair washing. the set up of the salon is nice and the decoration was tasteful. the pedicure itself was great. I got the extra options (paraffin and scrub) they even had a battery operated callus remover for those stubborn winter feet. the ladies were all very nice and spoke great English. there wasnt a communication problem when I wanted something specific. I decided to get a gel manicure after my pedi experience was so great. im glad I did. they did a great job on them and I will definitely be back. also, they stayed open late just to be sure to serve all of their customers best.

I never imagined giving Vince and his business such a horrible review as I have been such a happy, loyal customer of his for years now, but when I get two phone calls the day of my hair appointment first asking me if I can come earlier and agreeing to it, then the second time around be asked if I can just come a different day since my appointment would take too long, if I could give 0 stars for HORRIBLE customer service I would. I ALWAYS have an appointment when I go and Im always left waiting for 20 or more minutes each time but was delt with the wait as I loved having someone who knew how to cut my hair the way I wanted. Not only has Vince lost me as a customer, but my entire family as well as all of my friends I have referred to over the years as this is NO WAY to do business. Mind you I had made this appointment last week but was called less than 2 hours before my new time they requested to cancel on me. Thanks for ruining my plans of having a relaxing evening at the salon.

I used to be.their biggest fan, recommending Vinces Salon to everyone who lives near me in White Marsh! Even to my daughter-in- law in Dundalk. I have been coming since they first opened over 2 years, one of their first clients! I used to feel like a queen, gedtting offered something to drink, wine perhaps?! Why, sure! It is my pamper time after all!!... Well I guess they have gotten too big or too busy...no more queer for a day. You MUST make an appointment, or forget it. Then, no wine., And I LOVED the hot stone part of the pedicure...NOPE! They cut that out! So, Traces & Vince, what sets you apart from the rest now?...

I thought I finally found a salon. I went several times during the past year. Recently I was treated like I was the worst client and threw me and my business away like thrash. My appointment was cancelled, finally reschedule and my hair wasnt complete. Came back a week later only to find out that Vince cant finish my hair and theres a new sign saying they back their work for only three days. They were the ones that booked me a week after my complaint. I never complained I always agreed. But now I know they do not care for their clients..

RACIST As soon as we (two of us) walked in the guy at the front desk with the big hair on top of his head looked us up & down with a fake smile and asked if we had an appointment. I explained that I made an appointment online that same morning yet never got a confirmation "We check appointment the night before" then said "everyone booked up for today" really? It was even 2:30 & nobody had an opening. My coworker informed me she NEVER makes an appointment & gets off work at 3:30

Excellent service, Very clean salon. I love Tracey, Vince Lucy and the remaining staff! Tracey is so personable and easy to connect with. She is very skilled and talented with her craft. Vince is a stylist who listens to his client and you are never disappointed when you leave. I love this salon and would give then 10 stars for ther professionalism, talent, and time efficiency with service. There is not one technician or stylist who isnt good. You wont be disappointed!

I called the night before Mothers Day to make sure they were taking walk ins on Mothers Day. The lady on the phone told me they were and that it would be no problem to come in around noon. My mother and I show up around noon and the lady at the desk tells us theyre not taking any walk ins! I explained that I called and they did not care one bit. Not one apology came from the lady. Do not get your nails done here!!! Terrible customer service.. very disappointed!!

Just had my first experience here and everything about it was perfect. The atmosphere was nice and the establishment was clean. My girlfriend loves going here for her nails and they look great and she saw Vince doing hair and recommended I give it a try. Vince does a fantastic job and I am extremely happy with the cut, it looks exactly like what I was looking for. I dont think I could go anywhere else after my first encounter here!

First visit because of a gift certificate. Certificate was expired (only valid one year) but owner listened to my personal explanation as to why we didnt visit in a year and she was very kind and honored almost all of the gift certificate amount. Place was clean, staff was amazing. I will definitely return based on this first experience.
