Sometimes they have ok sales on "human hair" but, I dont like being harassed as I shop. If you have to do all that, maybe set your business up in your neighborhood for your people to shop...just a thought. The first time I went, the lady was blatantly racially profiling me. I tried another time and the young guy at the front tried a different approach, by being overly attentive. If you ask me if I need help and I say no, thats no. Its my fault because I typically go out of my way to not give Asians my business. People please understand that if you dont shop, they dont eat. If you dont like the way youre being treated, take your money somewhere else. Dont reward anyone for mistreating and abusing you! I guarantee one, you could never have a thriving business in their neighborhood, as they do in so many of yours, and you definitely wouldnt be able to treat them the way they treat you and get away with it. Wake up! There is nothing they have to sell that you cant get somewhere else. Use Sallys, which has a great return policy on most items. Its definitely not a no refunds place. Amazon.com will make up for the rest.

I love this place. They have a great selection of products to choose from with excellent prices. Their staff do not follow you around in the store and make you feel uncomfortable like other stores. They also give you honest opinions and feedback for their advice. Overall they make you feel welcome.

This is a family owned business that marks up the products to prey on the poor. I went into the store to purchase gel that I have purchased for years and the price at this store was 250% higher in cost. Spend your money elsewhere
