Not friendly at all. One of the two women working, was on her cell phone the entire time. The lady doing my nails, a simple manicure, did an amateur job. I could have done better. She barely filed my nails, she cut my finger when trimming my cuticles, and I was unhappy with the polish job (which was a natural color by the way,) but there were noticable bubbles under the polish. I tried to politely tell the other woman there who rang me up, and she seriously shrugged me off, no apology, nothing...and went and answered her cell phone, and continued to talk on her cell phone. I was amazed by the complete lack of professionalism and just plain decency. I know people exaggerate sometimes on these reviews, but this review is even putting my experience nicely. I will never go back here. I cant believe how rude I was treated. I wasent looking for a free-be or anything, maybe just a redo on the polish, and a touch up on the filing; but I didnt even get a response. She completely ignored me and went on her phone. Unbelievable.

I had a 12:00 app sat and waited while she (the owner) serviced a walkin then they finally put me in the pedicure chair and I sat there for another 30-45 minutes while she serviced another walkin!!! No explanation or nothing just left me to sit there like I was invisible...Im sure you wondering why I stayed so long for one I came all the way from Upper Marlboro and I needed my nails done for a trip that I was leaving the next day. I agree with the others customer service is horrible and they cater to the white folks! Its 3 of them supposedly doing nails but actually only the owner knows how to do nails so the other 2 are no help! I was regular at this salon and her attitude has changed a great deal as she let a loyal customer sit and wait while she serviced 2 walkins and when I had enough and got up to leave she could care less...so she dont have to worry about this loyal customer ever again!

This place is absolutely terrible! They have no idea about the basics of a pedicure! First of all the water was extremely hot and burned my feet. They dont even use cuticle remover! The guy doing my toes cut my toenails completely off and then started filing them! Needless to say my toes look like nubs and they are red and sore! The tech didnt even know how to hold the nail clippers. When it came time for the polish, they were standing to polish and I had to request for someone else to polish my toes. My polish was clumpy and nasty and I had to have a few toes re-polished over. Never again! I would not recommend this place! DO NOT COME HERE If you want to have toenails!

Most of the time they do a decent job. Although on a day-to-day basis there are one or two people working and that is it LOL. One woman to do pedicures one woman to do nails comma I went in three days in a row to get a fill and there was only one customer and the two people working and I was told to come back three hours from then. This place is the place to go when you are in a rush and need something that is close to your house for one no other place has appointments open

One of the BEST salons I have been in. The owner (and all their staff) are very professional, and they always pays special attention to detail. I have NEVER had a problem with lifting, cracking, chipping or nails that dont stay in perfect condition until my next visit. The salon is clean and orderly. They take walk ins, however its best to make an appointment. I have NEVER had a problem with their services or accommodations. I highly recommend a visit!

Prices are good but the nails shape and paint job was not so good. I got both a manicure and pedicure for $35. The paint job wasnt too bad but the name nail shape bothered me since it was not even on both of my hands.

Dont like black customers. Ive been there twice and both times I was turned down rudely. All customers are white are looked athrough me funny when I walked in. Very racist owner in my opinion.
