I went recently to jagged edge for the first time to get my hair cut. I was looking so forward to pampering myself. I arrived to my appointment 15 mins early, when the lady I set my appointment with was coloring someones hair. About 25 mins later she approached me and apologized for running late and said she hadnt had a chance to call me, she explained that she would be a little while longer which I told her that would be no problem. She asked me how I wanted my hair cut I presented her with a picture of a long angled cut or a long bob she explained that my hair in the back would come to the bottom of my neck and the from would touch the of my chest, I agreed and she went back to coloring her other client. When I finally got into her chair nearly 2 hours later, she began cutting, jumping back and forth between me and the other client. When she finished cutting my hair I was less then happy. It was nothing like we discussed. It is one length all the way around and comes under my chin. I felt completely neglected and unimportant and on top of that she completely ignored in my request. Im stuck with a hair cut that doesnt suit my face and isnt very flattering. Needless to say that will be my first and last time to jagged edge.

Ive gone to Angela W. for years now. Shes not pushy for products, styles, or coloring. In the past Ive always been urged to layer or frost, even though I prefer not to. Shes not like that. Pleasant to talk to and has decent hours. The shop is nice, repeat customers feel at home and new customers definitely welcomed. Prices are comparable and certainly worth the service you receive. Parking lot is a bit cramped, but always works out when I arrive.
