I have been going to Bob for years. He is very skilled. I once asked for a haircut that I described in detail. I asked him what he thought it would look like. He honestly said "a bubble". I felt like I knew my hair better, and he did cut it as I requested. And it DID look like a bubble. UGH. I said to him, "you are the expert; please NEVER take my opinion on how I want my hair cut. I trust you more than me". And so, all these years I let Bob, in his talent, and years of experience cut it expertly. I leave there smiling. I once said to him "this is more beneficial than psychotherapy"! And, ironically, I am a psychotherapist with 30 years experience. He charges me the same as he did years ago. He is fair, funny, generous, and has the most gorgeous singing voice in the world. It is a complete treat and privilege to use his services. I feel blessed that I know him.

I just got back from getting my hair cut and felt the need to write a review. Salon Salon was FABULOUS. Ive had one hair dresser my entire life (but shes back home), so I was very nervous to go elsewhere to get my hair cut. Bob cut my hair and he did an absolutely amazing job! I think I even PREFER it to the haircuts I receive back home! I told him what I wanted, and he did exactly that but took it beyond my expectations. The hair cut is so ME that I feel so much happier, and Im already getting so many looks and friendly smiles! He really understood me and my hair and what would suit me, just after meeting me once! Incredible! I will be returning again. Hair: curly, slightly thicker than average, was cut several inches to just above my shoulder, layers and angled front ~Edward Scissorhands Quality~

Bob did a great job giving my hair a refresh! I came in having never gone to Salon Salon before and did my best to explain what issues I was having with my current style. Bob took the time to understand what it was that I was looking for, recapped a clear plan, and then explained what he was doing each step of the way. He was kind and professional, and did not rush my appointment even when we approached an hour of me being in the chair. My only points of feedback would be that the shampoo could have been more thorough, and he could have used less product on my blowout- my scalp was a bit sticky with product residue when I was finished. Overall it was a fantastic experience and Ill just be sure to request less product next time I get a blowout. Thanks for a great cut, Bob!
