Called to make an appointment, she told me we are not busy . Come now. I was there in 15 min. Waited another 15 unilt some one was ready to take care of me. Finally, a young girl with red hair color came after another 20-minute told me to sit in chair. She asked me what do I want and I explained I want highlight. She brought her color palet and started matching the palet with my hair. Then wwent to the back of store. 15 min later she came back and said " I am sorry I am not feeling well. I cant do your hair today"I was very disappointed at very bad customer service and came out of there without any work done.

If you decide to go here for a haircut DO NOT GO TO VALERIE. I cant say that the other stylists are bad at their job because they did not cut my hair but I swear on my mothers life stay away from Valerie.... I have the simplest haircut and she somehow still managed to shave a patch of hair out of the back of my head, cut me in three different areas in the back of my head, and all while not maintaining ANY symmetry in my haircut.

Website advertises $18 for a shampoo and blow dry. Walked in for a blowdry and was quoted $38 (I have mid-length sorta wavy hair, and I never get upcharged anywhere). I took my business to Bubbles salon where their advertising matched the prices that I was quoted in person. Such a shame to lose a customer considering I live right across the street and would be in biweekly for a blowout!

Too Crowded. Molly did the styling. Without asking me she reduced the side locks around the ear and when asked she disagrees and says it was the same length before as well. I disliked her behavior too. Please try a different location. $ 18 bucks for a simple haircut is way too high for this kind of experience.

The shop was dirty with unswept hair all over the place, the trimming tools were filthy with previous clients hair and the person cutting my hair was superficial, in a hurry...A really unpleasant experience.

Walked in, signed in, showed Stylist what I was looking to get done, 10 mins later done. Super fast service. Busy place on Saturday. Saw several people cleaning up. Might have found a good new location.

Absolutely didnt listen to what was asked for and ruined my sons haircut. Itll grow out, but they didnt even offer to fix it and shifted blame to us. Definitely wont be going back to this location.

They seem to have no sense of time. I had an appointment for 3:30 and was not attended to till 4:00. Why even have appointments if theyre not actually implemented?

Went in to get my hair buzzed before a job interview, she somehow managed to miss a big chunk that I noticed when I got home, wtf did I just pay 20 dollars for???

I have been going there for years. They do a good job at a good price. I would advise trying to use the same stylist.
