We went in for a wheel alignment after hitting a road hazard. They told us our rack and pinion were blown. After a high-pressure sales session we agreed to have them perform the service (our bill went from $80 to $750). They told us it would take 4 hours, we waited 4 hours, called, someone said it was ready, we go there and its not been worked on, we wait another hour and then they say its ready (how can a 4-hour job take 1 hour - no spoilers). Then about a month later the front tie rods were driving loose; we took it back in as it was still under warranty. They told us only 1 of 2 tie rods was under warranty (whos ever heard of such a thing), so we had to pay them an additional $150 to fix the shoddy job they did the first time around. Lets put it this way: we have had better experiences buying used cars at the dealer or getting root canals.

I walked in on a Friday, around 3:40pm for an oil change. This was my first time at a Tires Plus and normally Id stick to tried and true....But with my busy schedule recently I was overdue and needed one quick. The manager at this location took care of all of needs and was really nice. He was a little talkative but nothing bothersome. The technician also stated that I needed a new air filter and he was correct (after showing me the old one...sheesh, lol). I had some kind of coupon that gave me $10 off an oil change as well. They were completely finished with my vehicle at 4:15pm. Always being a stickler for time management, I was definitely impressed. My total was $55.64, for the oil change and new air filter. Amazing service; would return and definitely recommend.

Brought my tire to have a nail removed. When I left the place the manager on duty told me my tire presure sensor (TPMS) was broken. As soon as my tire was put on my vehicle the TPMS light came on. This light was not on when I brought my vehicle in to the shop. I took my vehicle to my local dealer and the real technician advice that the sensor was broken off. It cost $360 to be replaced by the dealer because otherwise you will always have the light on. My advice "dont take your car to tireplus Brandywine" they dont have technicians working, they are learning. Its cheaper if you get it fixed at Costco or your local dealer.

Went in for a tire rotation alignment and wheel balance sat there for 3 hrs and had absolutely nothing done! They told me I needed new tie rods which was crap i just replaced them... Once they were told that they came back to me and said the ball joints/tie rods were just loose and they wouldnt do anything until I got it fixed since I wouldnt allow them to replace them... Needless to say I took my truck to Firestone and guess what therye doing an alignment as I type this with no problems... As for the rotation i need new tires first understandably.

Dont go there. The front line staff dont know what they are doing. Called about a tire. Said he would call back. 4 hours later went into to the store to find him goofing off with customers. Said he ordered the tire for 10 am today. Went in and said the tire was on its way. best to leave it since I had a donut on my car. called around 1 and said it missed the morning run. Tire will be in by 4pm. I have to pick up my daughter then. No good to me. So, went to pick the tire up and take it to firestone who also sell Bridgstone tires.

Got my tires changed. They said I would be in and out in an hour...took 4 hours. They didnt put valve stem covers on. They said I was missing my master cylinder cover when in actuality they took it off to check the brake fluid and left in sitting in the engine compartment. Then they wanted to charge me $400.00 for a new brake caliper, when all I needed was a 50 cent washer for the brake hose. SCAM artists. Know your stuff if you take a car here..better yet..dont go in the first place.

Unhappy with the appt first service. Nowhere is it posted about appointments, however I up at tires plus waiting and the first in line going off the first in first out approach and I am told it will take 3 hours to get to me because there is 3 7am appts ahead of me. Irritated. Had I known about appts I would have made one.

Good service in shop but the reception desk I dont like beacuse they may have a long line of incoming customers and they make u wait until their line is gone before they give ur ur car back when the service on ur was completed before the line developed.

Great customer service. Placed a special order that arrived quickly and reasonably priced. Next day I was in and our within an hour. A free system check was conducted with a list of suggested service items. Fluids were topped off for free.
