I took my car in 3 months ago for an oil change, and a tire rotation. I had just recently purchased my car from the dealership 6 months ago and it came with brand new tires. Everything was good with my car. The paperwork that I was given from Midas also confirmed that everything was good with my car. After 3 months my tire pressure signal light came up. I went to put air in my tires and realized that two of my tires were blocked. I couldnt put any air in it...the o-ring from the stem cap somehow got lodged inside the valve. I didnt have a reason to check my tires since they were rotated until that point. I called Midas to speak with the manager about the issue, and I was basically told that I was only covered to bring it back for three months after the service....so I had just missed the deadline. Im very upset and disappointed because now I have to replace two air valves that were damaged by Midas and should be responsible for replacing them but as I said I was told by the supervisor there that they only cover 3 months after servicing. Im a hardworking individual as many people are and when u pay for a service you expect to get good service as advertised. The way that the Supervisor that I spoke with came off as careless, and inconsiderate. She said that the tire rotation that I received was free as if that gives them a free pass to destroy my property and cost me additional money that I dont have to fix someone elses mistake. As a civil service employee I feel Ive been took advantaged of and disregarded. I dont advise anyone to go here bc they do not want to be held accountable for mistakes made. I would hope that this had nothing to do with my sexual preference

Midas used to be a very excellent place to take my car. Id taken my car there for several years for brakes and battery work. They always did a excellent job. They recently seemed to have changed management and mechanics. What a shame. I took my car in for battery check/ alternator because the battery kept dying. I took the car in and saw that I didnt recognize anyone but I still had faith since they had always done amazing work on my car. They let some extra fresh from mechanic school person work on my car. They gave the car back more screwed than it was when I took it in. The car was suddenly now shaking like the engine was trying to jump out of the chassis and had trouble accelerating. It was now making popping noise when using the gas pedal. Where did all this come from? Doesnt even matter because they charged me over 700 dollars for the fix which wasnt even a fix because not only did new problems arise the moment I turned the car on after being given back the keys, the issue with the battery draining returned anyway a month later and since I couldnt afford to keep pouring cash into it, I just let it get towed off to the car cemetary. Wont be driving my new car there, ever.

I wont be going back. I am not sure if the Manager/Owner whoever he is respects black people which make up the majority of the population her serves or not. I cant say that he doesnt respect black people but being that I question it, its enough for me to discontinue spending my money at the establishment. Black people please pay attention to what type of customer service you receive from all of these people in areas where you are the majority of the population, because a lot of these people want our business but dont want to treat us with the UTMOST respect. If they can not treat us in the same manner that they would treat a person of their own race then they dont need to be trying to sell anything to us in our communities. If you are displeased stop spending your money there and they will be replaced or they will learn to act accordingly.

This place is great! The management was extremely friendly, HONEST, professional, and genuinely cared. My car suffered badly this winter, and I was down a whole set of tires and battery by the end of the blizzard. The management/owner guided me to finding everything I needed, took the time to listen to my needs and research, and it was the first time I bought four new tires by myself. I never once felt belittled, mislead, or swindled. Im confident in everything they did! They even threw in an oil change! Go here!!!! Honest mechanical shops are hard to come by!!!!! (Side note: Even the waiting area was warm with comfortable seating. I felt welcome, and felt that other customers were equally comfortable. Most importantly, my old car is extremely happy and running like new. Ill be back, with friends!)

Thanks so much Midas on Old Silver Hill Rd You guys are great Iam not just talking like I thought they were but after getting work done which was major on a project Vehicle I brought from an Auction these guys has made this Vehicle ride as good as my Lexus and Escalade they got my busy with no problem in backing there warranties because of the other problems I was having I got mad told them something isnt right but it was other troubles on my project they made no stink they said come back but it was all corrected even though it was something else I paid because its worth it at Midas the staff is great thanks MrNick Terry and all the crew

I have taken my car here multiple times, and I have had great results each time. Yes, I did have to wait a little more than expected the last time (it was a Saturday and VERY busy) it was worth it. Nick explained everything that they repaired on my car and answered all my questions. Im very pleased and will keep coming back.

I was very pleased with the customer service there. They told me the what needed to be done on my car. My breaks were messing up and exhaust pipe was coming off. They a excellent job. They were very nice and friendly. They are very good at what they do. Thank yall. Keep up the good work

This place was awesome! The manager and other workers were very nice and accommodating. They explained everything in a war that I could understand and was more than fair with prices. They even checked things out for free when the problem returned the next day.

Appreciate the gentlemen here. Came in to get a radiator flush and the technician honestly told me it was not necessary and the system+coolant were in good shape. Ill be going back for other services. Thanks Ron.
