Horrible Online and in-store experience. I went online, picked tires for my vehicle scheduled my appointment time and received my 1st email stating that my appointment time was being confirmed. A little while later I received my 2nd email confirmation that my appointment is set. I show up to the store early for my appointment and talk to the guy at the desk. He informed me that although I have an appointment, they never ordered my tires and it will be a couple of days before they could get them in stock. I asked if they get notifications that an appointment has been scheduled and he said they did but they dont check on tire stock until customer actually shows up. Piss poor service. This was the easiest $900 they could have made but were lazy and never bothered communicating with customer and ordered the tires. This all occurred on 1/21/16 so they dont take other customer reviews serious and correct these problems.

By far the slowest shop ever. I made an appointment a day prior for 10am. I got there 20 min early. They didnt even pull my truck in the bay until approximately 1025. I asked whats taking so long, Patrick, the customer service rep says, "I dont know what to tell you... we only have three technicians". So whats the purpose of making an appointment???? Finally, at 1110 the store manager, Scott, tells me I need an air filter. I give him the go ahead to replace it and I watched the technician walk around in circles for nearly 20-25 more minutes. Now I know why people still go to Jiffy Lube. It do NOT take an hour and 45 minutes to complete an oil change. Complete waste of my time today. Suggestion: SPEED UP YOUR PROCESSES!

Update: Sorry I had to lower my rating. The wrong tires were installed. Caused major damage to my AWD vehicle. It took nearly two months to resolve, but Bridgestone (parent company) made me whole. ******** I was pleased with my service. I needed tires and alignment. Customer Service was exceptional. The added check of fluid levels, battery, lights, etc. exceeded my expectations. The store was clean. Waiting area was comfortable. The only reason I didnt give five stars was because the time it took (app. 3 hours) but I didnt have an appointment and it was close to closing time and my technicians girlfriend/wife was distracting him while he was working on my car.

I called to check on getting a state inspection and was told they do them, but its going to be a long time. I then asked what was a long time and if there was a better time or if an appointment could be made. She said she doesnt know, it is going to be a long time. lol. I said I was coming from Calvert County and what constitutes a long time because I can come when it wont be so long and she said I have no idea. Ive always taken my cars to Tires Plus, so what did I do?... I made an appointment at Mr. Tire in Prince Frederick for this afternoon. They were courteous and friendly, thanks Mr. Tire.

New tires - new brakes. Dakota did a great job giving a range of options for tires. The mechanic found an issue with our pad wear during the brake inspection where we were almost to metal on metal due to uneven wear of the pads and invited my dad to check it out. We normally do our own brakes but decided to have them done here at the same time for convenience. Glad to have this issue resolved before it caused expensive damage to my calipers. Very happy with service and communication, Dakota was very professional! I will come back again!

Dishonest. At first they charged me for a synthetic oil change that I specifically told them I didnt want. But the real dishonest part was when they performed a safety inspection and told me an alignment was required prior to sign-off. I asked if it was a requirement and they indicated that it was. Some months later, I had a vehicle inspected at a dealership and inquired about the REQUIRED alignment which they said is not a requirement. I cant fact check everything and expect some HONESTY!

What a joke. Ive taken 2 separate vehicles here, on 2 different occasions. Both times service has been slow, and they have caused more issues than they solved. For instance, after having them remove the front tires/rims to mount/balance new tires, they ran the lug nuts down so tight, that I was unable to remove them myself. I would not recommend them as a shop at all, even for someone who only takes their car to a shop for alignments or tire balancing.

Got my car inspected. I waited for nearly two hours and ended up paying $70 for them to tell me my car didnt pass. Wait time was most disappointing. It seems like a good place to go if your car is basically brand new. Otherwise they nitpick. Everyone was very nice though and they guy even suggested some places I could go to look at new vehicles.

Work was done well and in a timely manner however when I purchased a set of brand new continental tires I was never offered a road hazard warranty which would have been beneficial two months later when I got a nail in the sidewall. Employees should never learn a lesson at the customers expense.

The customer service was awful. We were told an hour for a tire plug however upon returning the car hadnt even been looked at. The guy with the ginger color hair was extremely rude when telling us this information. We will never use this company again. Very unprofessional.

Customer service was rude and they do not honor their appointment times. The service rep told me they view their appointments like a doctors office, it tells you when to come in and they get to you when they get to you.

This place stinks. Never again. Screwed up mounting new tires on wheels and they could not hold pressure so i needed to get more air every time i needed gas. They claimed my wheel was bent but i think that was BS.

Had state inspection done and they would not pass vehicle due to a chip smaller than a dime that was on lower left of windshield. Another time they broke tire pressure gauge and refused to fix it.

Ive had oil changes, replacement tires and other minor maintenance done here and they are pretty good. Most the time they can fit me in quickly and do the work in a timely manner.
