I stopped in here to get a quick oil change. Not only did they take 45 minutes do the oil change, they attempted to get the air filter out and broke the air intake at the hose inlet. Havent replaced it yet, but Im guessing its gonna be 150 bucks or more. They over filled the oil. Hope that didnt ruin any seals! They also bent my aluminum valve stems and damaged my tire pressure monitors. They said they usual dont attempt to adjust the air pressure when aluminum valve stems are present because the threads bind. Yeah, when you dont know righty tighty lefty loosy. Bunch of monkeys in this place. I honestly am just amazed that any business can be this horrible at what they do. The Westminster store is much better but youre still much better off just going to the dealership. Just found out that my dealership is only 59 bucks for synthetic and this place is above 70.

On 12/1/2016 I Visited this jiffy lube and had the most awesome experience in customer service ,car care I ever had in my 53yrs on earth,I was driving my wifes car a 97 mercedes c230 and had oil spilled all over the engine,the Manager that was there at about 6pm cleaned the oil from the engine,refilled my fluids and wished me happy holidays,I dont live in Eldersburg but I would urge everybody that does to go to this jiffy lube for oil changes and car care because the staff here put customer & car care as their top priority!!!!!

Got turned away at the new wallMart because they dont do walkins. Headed over to this jiffy lube and they made everything right, oil change and information on the cars needed work (which I said no to for now). However I paid extra and asked about vacuuming the interior and they said they would and did... but looking at the car literally nothing could have been vacuumed in my opinion. So one star off for that. Shrugs. I cleaned my car out myself later that day with a shop vac but it would have been nice not to have to.

the service is horrible those kid couldnt even tie there on shoes and they let them work on cars this shop is full of dead beat losers also the ugly red hair guy has no clue what he is talking about. how can i trust him with my car if he cant even keep his teeth.....

This place is the best. Everyone is super-polite. They open doors for you, smile, make conversation, and are just very pleasant. I love going to the Sykesville Jiffy Lube.

Stopped in to get a belt changed on the Jaguar. Will Biondo changed the belt immediately. Store is staffed and ready for business. Employees are eager to serve.

The entire point of a oil change is to replace 6 quarts of oil with 6 new quarts of oil and a filter. If you put 5 quarts in you get one star.
