No warm and fuzzies here. They owed us a key and tags. Bought car Saturday before thanksgiving and still without either. There are other moving parts but lets just say that follow up on managements part is very poor. On 3-4 occasions we have Been told by management "well get back to you". Then nothing, until we call or text them. Indifference is the word Id use. When you spend this much on a car youd think theyd treat you really nice, regardless. Seems like once they got paid, indifference. They second key never materialized and we were told to bring car in for several hours so they could program a new one. We said ok, can you put a 562.00 roof rail package on (which we would pay for) for free given our inconvenience? No, and I agreed to a slight discount. But never heard back about them coming to get car (which they offered) We called 3-4 times about the key, only to be placated with "chantilly hadnt sent it or cant find it". No one ever called us to say anything about the key. And then we find out they messed up our tags and did not order them (we were waiting on them as well). General manager told me me via sales rep hed call me. Nothing in two days. Its all very trivial but they just dont seem to care. Its like its our fault. Have been treated better buying pick up trucks. Oh well. Buy elsewhere- or a pickup

The management at this place needs to change. The manager never returns calls and always had an attitude. When I went to pick up my car the manager and the receptionist both were upset that customers were interrupting their conversation for service. He just gave me my key, I asked wheres my car exactly? Hes like outside. Mind you theres many black range rovers in the lot. On a raining day I had to go search and couldnt find my car. Finally I asked again and he tells me all the way in the back. Like 5 rows back behind the service center. The service here is horrible for the prices of the cars I have purchased from here. I do wish the owner sees this and examines who and what receives what kind of service from here. The receptionist seems to hate her job and the manager and her are always annoyed. About the 10 times I went in here. They both are like that. I really hate to bring race into this but the other reviews which states about color isnt wrong. Im a person thats not of white color. I cant help but thinks thats why I get treated this way. The sales team is nice, and the guys I purchased the vehicles from were great! Will not be returning and I have stopped recommending this place to friends and family.

I never bought a car into any dealership and had such a sorry mechanic work on my car. This mechanic named Victor should be fired. He made the car worse than what it was when I bought it in initially. I was considering trading in my XJ8L in for a new F-type convertible, but after that episode, Im going to look at another dealership. Long and short this was supposed to be a simple diagnostic that I was quoted $140 over the phone, turned out to be a $440 fee. They didnt do anything to the car but made it worse. It went from being off slightly to the vehicle being jacked up in the back like a clown car. Then I was told that they had another customer who had a similar problem and it cost $11,000 when it was all said and done to fix his suspension height. They dont even deserve one star, but thats the least I can toggle in order to post my comment. Never again. No to mention the lies they were trying to tell me because the though I was just a dumb Jaguar owner who doesnt know jack about cars, and basic mechanics. Whew!!

In a market where the inventory of local dealers is largely the same, the pursuit of an exceptional sales experience supersedes all else. Having visited the other area Land Rover dealers, I was on the verge of leaving the state to find a dealer that was courteous, and even interested in selling a vehicle. Thankfully, before driving hours, I came across the team at West Columbia. The sales, finance, and management team were respectful of my time and went above and beyond to make sure that the purchase experience was pleasant. Compared to other local dealers, who seem to lack basic interpersonal skills, the team in Columbia is far superior.

ask about tire warranty 0904 This service person very rude. Complained about having yo call reference the tire warranty. 0947 Was informed waiting for that company to open when they open at 0730. 1017 service rep brought me back outside to my vehicle I asked do I owe anything and he says no we did not do anything. I told him I came here for an oil change. he stated no I said Tires and Brakes. this is incorrect when I called yesterday it was to set up an appointment for an oil change. basically this Range Rover dealership considered wasting an hour and a half of your time affordable.

Purchased vehicle from here. African-American customers should stay away. Your business is not wanted or respected there. Sales Manager believes we arent qualified. Also, once they sell you a vehicle and upsell you on protection packages, you are dead to them. Love my vehicle but if I could have given it back and paid more elsewhere I would have. Totally degrading experience for a professional. Hate that they have my money. I hope all Jim Colemans dont operate this way, especially premium dealers. You live and you learn. I thought we were past this stuff. Sad!!

Sales Representative was great. The finance manager and general manager were trying to jerk me around after I noticed a mistake in the warranty paperwork. There were other issues with the coin compartment in the car, and it took almost two months to get the tags . After trying to resolve the issues, I contacted the General Manager of Jim Coleman, Kevin Cohen. He contacted the people at the dealership and made sure that my issues were taken care of promptly. I will never buy another car from this dealership.

I scheduled a 9:00 appointment for January 9th, 2017. I arrived that morning, was quickly checked in, received my rental car and was gone by 9:15. By 12:30 that same day, I received a call to tell me that my vehicle was ready and that my issues were all resolved plus they did a software update that I didnt know that I needed. Everyone was very professional plus I received a follow up to make sure everything was to my satisfaction and if I had any questions. Very nice work and very good customer service!!

Outstanding sales and financing service. Will was extremely patient with me over the last year or so while I decided what to get. Tom did a terrific job of letting us test drive several vehicles and was great at explaining all the features. Nicholas, in finance, did a great job and helped with the best financing terms I had hoped for. Overall very friendly, laid back, no-pressure, but attentive sales experience. I would recommend to anyone.
