Ive had this vehicle in to 3 different auto shops (all local to Williamsburg) over the last 2 years with the same issue, extremely loud road noise. When I brought it in to AAA for State Inspection & oil change, I asked them to look at the noise problem too knowing there was an issue with the tires, but afraid it was something much more serious (ie: costly). They gave me a great deal to replace all 4 tires and its like driving a brand new vehicle - super quiet! The team at Williamsburg AAA are professional, super helpful and work really hard to give you the best options to keep your car running at its best. The best thing is they never try to "over-sell" me and I really do feel they have your best interests and long-term business as their primary objective.

When I left my car light on in Norfolk and it drained the battery, my first thought was "Oh no! Not again!", but I remembered I have AAA and gave them a call the next morning. The dispatchers were great and reassured me that whatever I had done to my car they would help me fix it. They sent a great man named Tom out to help me. He ran several diagnostic tests and determined I had indeed crashed my battery. He was very helpful, especially with installing a new battery in my less than simple Jetta. He explained everything as he was doing it so I understood. Also loving the warranty. I am so glad I have AAA.

I have been a AAA member for decades and I have been using the Williamsburg Car Care Center since it opened. I know the manager and service writers very well. They never fail to give our family courteous service and to provide honest assessments of our vehicles (both with >200K miles). Chris and Mike go above and beyond. Their prices are competitive esp when compared with dealer rates. Call for appointments and avoid peak hours.can be very busy.

The AAA Williamsburg Car Service Center staff are very responsive, friendly, respectful and thorough. They welcome me by name each visit. On Apr 6, 2016 they serviced both of our cars in the same afternoon much to my satisfaction. Mike and his colleagues are great listeners who sincerely care about high customer service standards. I highly recommend them.

(1)Charged me for 7 qts. of oil-my car only takes 5 qts.; (2) double charged me for the oil filter; (3)did not put in the oil I specifically asked for and did not alert me in advance. The oil they used was about $5.00 more per qt.. How can you get so many things wrong?? I did get a credit for the extra oil and filter plus $5.00 when going back to their shop.

Worst experience I ever had. When I arrived at my appointment I was told my parts were not ordered and I would have to reschedule my appointment, which I could not do, they were supposed to do a state inspection, they did not and had to take my car back in the garage to inspect it. And there was greasy fingerprints on my leather interior.

Excellent service including the staff making the effort to get me through in time for my next appointment. The very courteous staff person even used his own personal car to pick me up at work (the shuttle service truck was being used elsewhere). So I made my nest appointment in time. I have had several repairs and an inspection at the Williamsburg care center, and to a person, the professionalism and great service are excellent... from the mechanics, to the front desk -Having moved form the DC area, finding AAA care service has been a God send. I recommend them to everyone I meet.

Mike is awesome and will take great care of you. I never feel like they take advantage. If you are a AAA member, you get a discount for service done to your car. Wednesdays are ladies discount days, but warning, its very busy, so drop off your car or be prepared to wait!

Ripped me off for 60 dollars; if you go to exchange foreign currency - check the current exchange rate. They will tell you that they charge 3% (for non-members), which I agreed to - what they dont tell you is they use a favorable to them and not current exchange rate.

Very unethical with female customers. I sent my wife there while she is on a trip there since I had good service in Atlanta area with AAA service. They blatantly lie that she needs extra service when she does not. She left and went to another service center.

Not happy with this place. I did not feel that they diagnosed my air conditioning repair properly and it took them entirely too long to get to my car when they said it was next in the queue- all day. I rarely say this but I would not recommend them at all.
