I am new to the area and I happen to have a particularly touchy European vehicle. I stopped in for gas one day and noticed that they serviced European cars. Needing a few repairs and not having been able to finds someone who will work on my car for less than a small fortune, I called and made an appointment with Keith. When I got there, all the guys were incredibly friendly and professional, AND knowledgeable. Their full service refueling staff are quick and knowledgeable under the hood and they look you right in the eye when they talk to you. When one of their techs or assistants doesnt know something, they tell you they dont know and they go out of their way to find the answer. Keith took my car in, and did some work that no other mechanics would attempt and did a great job. Later I had an unrelated issue with the car, and Rick stayed at the station late just to talk to me over the phone and help me identify the problem and determine whether the car was drivable or if I needed a tow. I took the car back to Liberty and they were told by a parts distributor that the part I needed could be mailed in a couple of days, but they somehow managed to get it in the SAME DAY! During the repairs, it happened that a small accident caused some minor but reparable damage to my interior; but these guys took the responsibility and went out of their way to make it right and to take excellent care of me and my car. Their prices for both jobs have been extremely fair and far less than some competitors’ quotes that I received in the area. Their customer service is friendly and old school, and when Mario shook my hand and told me that something would be done, not only was it done, but I received a phone call to the effect. They really put people first, and their reputation and commitment to customer satisfaction is outstanding. A+ top notch service and they got me as a customer for the long haul.

I have been dealing with Sean at Lake Liberty for about a year now for service & repair work on both mine and my wifes vehicles. They have always been incredibly friendly, helpful, professional and courteous. I truly believe they put the intrests of their customers ahead of trying to squeeze as much money as they can out of us. Many other shops that I have dealt with have nickle and dimed me, throwing in extra charges and offering services may not be necessary, but in my dealings with Sean & Lake Liberty I feel confident that this is not the case. They are consultative in their approach, clearly explaining what the issues are and giving me options rather than telling me what I have to and how much its going to cost.. On multiple occasions they have come in under the price quoted. In my most recent experience there, they went well above and beyond my expectations of customer service. I took my vehicle in to be looked at after experiencing very harsh shifting. They drove it and ran a diagnostic check which showed many different transmission codes, potentially revealing serious transmission issues. Knowing I was out of factory warranty they could have stuck me with a major costly repair, instead they advised me on how to seek assistance from both my dealership and manufaturor... they didnt even charge me for the diagnosis. This most recent experience shows me that they truly put the best interests of their custmers first. I highly recommed the staff at Lake Liberty for both service and repair work.

Last week I was surprised when my car decided to overheat during rush-hour. I had no choice but to pull in to the nearest service station and pray that someone might be able to assist. It can be nerve wracking to be forced into any situation but dealing with a auto-shop you know zero about in an area of town you arent familiar with can be unbelievably stressful. Well, for me anyway. Luck would have it, fate dropped me in the very capable hands of a service station that provides service at a level rarely experienced today. When I showed up and popped my hood, two gentlemen were immediately there to see how they could help me out and started to take care of my car without hesitation. I was quickly able to begin discussions with the GM of the shop (Shawn) and get things taken care of. Despite an incredibly tight schedule, Shawn was able to squeeze me in at a moments notice and get my car fixed in less than two business days. I would highly recommend this as a place to take your vehicle. The people are great and the service was quick and on point.

We had recently moved to the area and I had no idea where to go or what to do for our cars state inspections. They explained the process to me over the phone and graciously fit me in their schedule (no guilt trips or snark) at the last minute for a state inspection for not one, but BOTH of our cars later that same day. They kindly put up with my two small children arguing in the waiting area (actually asking my permission before offering them each a sucker!) and not one person in the shop gave me any of the condescending attitude a woman will usually get from a mechanic. They even offered to come pick us up in our own car as I shuffled each car back and forth with two children so I wouldnt have to move car seats around when each inspection was done. We ended up walking home, but the gesture was definitely appreciated. I was impressed at the friendliness and professionalism of every single person I came in contact with at Lake Liberty and will definitely go back there for our car repair needs.

Its a throwback to the days when people who offered a service delivered with competence and grace. I love going there, be it for gas or service. There is always a smiling face and a desire to please. After the last (and only) snow the splash shield under the engine of my Prius was partially detached and was dragging. I went to the station and they fixed it for no charge! And, as I waited I witnessed one of the gentlemen giving advice to a customer regarding what they thought the best small SUV was. They went out of their way to help. I wish more service providers had this kind of attitude. And on top of all that they consistently have a great price for gas. I would go nowhere else.

I loved that I had no idea what I was doing since its my first time dealing with my car.. and they immediately was willing to help me with questions I had! I almost put anti freeze with windshield fluid thinking thats what I needed to put since my windshield fluid was out... and I also had tire pressure issue and they welcomed me to come back if I had any problems again. I would recommend them highly as they gave that good impression one could get! Usually one would charge you just to help you out ... but they were helpful to even look under the hood to check my anti freeze and oil.. once again major kudos for this location **ask for Francisco he was super helpful**

Lake Liberty is the old-school kind of gas station you never see anymore. There are real mechanics who know what they are doing, do it efficiently, and at reasonable cost. The lead guys I have dealt with (John and Sean) are great with customers and if in the course of doing work on the car it appears to be above the estimate they call to discuss. And if they find other things needing repair, they rank them so you, the customer, can understand what is critical and what can wait so you can knowledgeably decide which repairs to do and when. Those of you with older cars know the value in that kind of service.
