Wont rate one star simply because Ive dealt with this establishment before and was pleased with the service I received. However, the last two times have been ridiculous. I work in DC so I drive by construction sites frequently, making nails/screws in my tires a recurring issue. Issue #1. A few months ago I went to this location for a tire plug and was told my tire was dry rotted and I needed a new one. My car was all of 5 months old, brand new! Called my Dealership and they stated that was physically IMPOSSIBLE for tires on a brand new vehicle to be dry rotted and if that was the case then it was a factory issue and the tires would be replaced free of charge at the dealership. However, turns out it wasnt dry rotted, but the tire had cracked due to the air being too low. Issue #2 happened maybe two or three weeks ago. Brought my car in for another tire plug and was told that it was non-repairable and that I would need a new tire. Yeah.. non-repairable? Took it to my dealership and got it plugged a few days later. Clearly, this place tries to scam you out of money! Never going back.

I have had my vehicles serviced here for over 10 years and never had a problem. But on Saturday 7/19/2017 took my Acura in for a noise problem. Not being a mechanic, It sounded like maybe the muffler. They called me that Monday stated it was a cross member between the header and exhaust pipe to the tune of$1084.00. Returned my vehicle after having it for a week and it a sounded like it did when I took it in. Took the car back and they stated it was the hub assembly @ over $500.00 to repair After stating why they did not detect this problem initially was told by Darryl that the mechanic did not test drive the vehicle, So apparently he just fixed a part I did not need and now I have to spend more money to have correct repairs, but not at this shop!!! Will not visit this shop again as service seems to have went downhill. They must have forgetten they are local and service customers for the community at large!

I stopped going to them after I saw the owner set a guys engine on fire while I waited for them working on my car. Over a span of 2 years, they changed parts I didnt authorize or need and charged me up. They put tires on backwards twice. They failed to reassemble parts they removed and then misdiagnosed the issue, charging me and forcing me to hire professionals. Essentially, Its a redneck-special gas station that does oil changes. If you need something really minor, they might be able to handle it. Otherwise, look elsewhere. Good luck
