HORRIBLE and HORRIBLE service, WORST place ever!!! This is the worst shop I have ever been, dont ever go to them, they are good at cheating their customers and dont care about you at all. We drove from Nashville to NJ to visit our friends and had a car issue on interstate. AAA towed us to their store, first they over-charged us for almost $300 for a DEFECTIVE distributor (Pepboy accross the street sells this for $209, they claimed they purchased one from Pepboy and sold it to us for over $480+labor. This defective distributor only lasted for 5 minutes after we drove out of their shop, we had to drive back by restarting our car over 15 times on the way back. Then they told us their store was closing, there is nothing they could do the same day. We had to call our friends at NJ 2 hours away to pick us up, otherwise, we would end up on the street with nowhere to go since we didnt have a car. It is 8 hours from them driving back and forth for 2 days. When we found out they were cheating on us by selling a defective over-priced, we filed a complaint to BBB. They dont want to solve the issue at all, they said there was nothing they could do, and the defective distributor was not their fault, over-pricing was not their fault, leaving us in their backyard was not their falut. They even said that they were nice enough not charge us again on the 2nd day to replace THEIR defective distributor !!! What kind of business this shop is !!! If I could give them 0 rating, I would.

I asked them to do a front end alignment on my truck. After driving it a while and sensing a problem, I took it back in for them to recheck the alignment. They deferred the issue to the condition of my tires being from 08 and a few lbs under pressure and refused to recheck my alignment even after I had waited all day from 11:30 am appointment (they checked the truck closer to 5:30 pm that day). I am a certified mechanic and was aware that my tires were near the end of their useful life, but my tires were worn evenly and should have had very little to no bearing on alignment. Fast forward- I replaced my tires w/ brand new BFGS and headed to Nashville. Clearly evident after several hundred miles that my front tires were wearing unevenly. Truck started ducking all over the road by the time I arrived in Nashville. Shop in Nashville redid alignment, said my camber was out on one side, caster out on the other side, and that toe-in was wayyyy off. I think I saved my tires in time, but very disappointed.

Over this time they have demonstrated their absolute commitment to an uncompromising level of customer service and overall value. My trust in the competency of the staff, quality of work, and value has resulted in us taking our new in-warranty cars to the Tire Mart for all non-warranty work. Additionally, if you are a performance enthusiast, the Tire Mart is the place to go for aftermarket parts installation. They have been the shop of choice for all of the exhaust work completed on my 2016 Mustang GT. The finished product is OEM quality and completed with impeccable attention to detail.

Driving by I heard employees of this establishment were shouting profanities across the parking lot to the labor strike at AT&T. I have no idea what sort of professional environment in which you are allowed to shout those things while on the job. You tell me you think you would be fired if you did that to potential customers? This is a federally protected right in America. Real great people, I wouldnt trust these clowns to change a windshield wiper if they were $100 dollars less than the competition. Anyone with common decency should avoid this business, I hope they go out of business and every one of them is jobless.

They came recommended, and while I also would recommend them there are a couple of things that I was unhappy about. While I am a very patient person being quoted an hour to replace all 4 tires on my car and it ultimately taking over 2 hrs was a bit disappointing. With no updates. Also the female receptionist could try and be a little more engaged with the transaction instead of worrying about her personal phone while checking customers out. Otherwise I am happy and will suggest this place.

I cant say enough good about this place. My wife and I have been customers for over 8 years. They are polite, honest, and always considerate. Today they fit me in before I went to work with only a phone call 30 minutes before I arrived, assuring me it was "no problem". They found the issue, fixed it quickly, and sent me on my with no charge. I recently moved farther away from their location and I continue to go back.

they rip off their customers by telling them other things need replaced when they actually dont. they tried that with me years ago and i will never be back. plus i also found out that when i would go for an oil change, that they werent even changing the oil or filter. it was all black and almost destroyed my engine!! AVOID THEM at all costs!!!!

After having bad luck with other tire dealerships, I switched to the Tire Mart a few years ago. They have provided the best service at the best price and they stand behind their work. Their prices are more than fair and the customer service experience is awesome. I highly recommend the Tire Mart.. you will not be disappointed.

I had a slow leak that I brought in to be checked out this morning. I called ahead to make sure they would have time to take me. The lot was pretty full when I got there, but they fixed my tire permanently within 30 minutes and the cost was EXTREMELY reasonable. Definitely will recommend The Tire Mart in the future!

Others have said but its worth repeating: Tire Marts services are resonably priced, of good quality, and their customer service is rock-solid as well. Just make sure to try schedule in advance, their reputation means that theyre pretty crowded!

Can not say enough about the people at Tire Mart. Good prices, good people, great experience. one of the many reasons i picked this shop was because it was closed on Sundays. These kind of people are what makes America great.

The best place to get anything done in all of pa. Super friendly and top quality work. I love the fact that its family owned. They not only fixed my car, they became a friend. I would highly recomend this shop.
