Ive moved enough my life and met enough mechanics where I can smell a shifty mechanic shop from 10 miles away. These guys are not it. They seem to have a great work ethic, are very down to earth and straight up with you. The loaner car they offer is a game changer for those of us who need to get to work. They also have a rewards program, when you spend X money you get X money off on your next visit, which is unique and awesome. I will continue to take my business to them. I need an engine change that they will be conducting for me shortly, Ill adjust this review if my opinion changes, otherwise assume it went well!

Ive been a customer for more years than I can recall. I keep coming back because the folks there care about customers, go out of their way to make a customers life easier, and are always available for questions. I can recall no case where anything glaring was wrong or undone, and in the one case (out of hundreds of visits) whatever it was was made right the same day - and it wasnt big enough for me to remember details. I do not hesitate to recommend Bransfield to anyone with any sort of a car or car problem - they have always helped me, always been careful and thoughtful.

I have been a customer of theirs for at least five or six years now. They have been so professional, helpful and always happy! I have moved to the city and still will travel up there because they are the only people I trust and they will give me a loaner when needed! Now thats a game changer! John and Brian are definitely gems of Reisterstown...., not to mention they always have snacks for my kiddies :-)

Ive never been treated better!! They are honest and genuinely care about their customers. Brian and Mr. John will go out of their way to make sure that you have a rental, if available, and are so honest about the repairs needed on the vehicle. Bransfield Motors will not create problems for your car, to get you to return. Your safety is their number one priority!!!!

Service was amazing and they didnt treat me like a number like a dealership would. They didnt give me the run aound either. My truck runs great now and they also do custom body work so I didnt have to search for a separate place! Im taking my vehicle here from now on!

I have a great looking car that was running so poorly that I almost preferred taking the 97 Blazer out. Took it in to the folks at Bransfields and now it is running like the proverbial top...especially with its top down. It is a pleasure to drive . Thanks guys.

Never again. Over charged for labor when my car wasnt put back together right.One part was completely missing... You would think a private business would be the best place to go. I never write reviews, but my experience was way below satisfactory.

Bransfield is good place to get your car fix they are honest and they let you use a car if you need it I went in to check my car for any engine issue and they say everything is good and good customer service

Tried to charge me for unnecessary repairs. I took my car to the dealership and even they said Bransfield was ripping me off. Do not trust your car to these guys. Really.
