1st incident - 2009 Had a tire replaced by this establishment; months later had to have it serviced. The technician said the wrong tire had been installed from the first visit. Isnt it their job to make sure the customer receives the correct product to begin with. 2nd incident - 08/2010 Requested a tire to be plugged or a pressure patch applied. Manager did not want to plug the tire, but insisted on selling me a new tire. Then he said you can take it to someone else to have it plugged. Well that implies that you can do what the customer requested, but he would rather make more profit by selling me a new tire. That was the last time I will ever step foot in that place again. The whole attitude is wrong here. They make me as a customer feel devalued. They have no customer focus.

My first visit to the store was horrible, they told me I had a nail in the sidewall of my tire, that required the purchase of a new tire that they didnt have in stock. I was also told that I needed new breaks, and my roaters needed to be resurfaced. The so called nail was REPAIRED at SEARS with a simple plug and patch that was over an inch away from the sidewall. My breaks were replaced at SEARS by installing new break pads. If you have money and time to waste go to Ardwick.. I believe in word of mouth and there is NOTHING positive to say about this store. I will never take my car to this location again....I recommend to anyone reading this to continue to drive pass or be towed somewhere else......Lesson learned if you want it done right go to SEARS!!!!

I am giving this place all 5 stars with one of my many experience one of which I needed some real work done on my Chavy Trailblazers 04 Front & Back Axle needed to be changed this was a Good Peice$$ This job take up a lot of time and I had to pickup my kids (which I did mention) long story short, Tim I believe his name was made sure I got a rental in order to pick my kids up on time I would never forget this we split the bill sometimes having a good attitude helps the person whos also serving you .

This place deserves a 0 star! Didnt have to go to the place to experience bad customer service, i just made a call to check what time they closed and a rude man answered and responded rude to my question. Cant believe they have someone with no customer service experience, disrespectful, and unprofessional. Wont be taking my car to this place!

Called and received a reasonable estimate over the phone. Was told that as long as I arrived before closing time they would replace my tires. Got there 10 minutes before closing time and was told that they would not help me. Could have gone somewhere else, instead its now too late and a wasted day.

Showed up mid-afternoon on a Sunday when my car broke down on the beltway. Their first reaction was that the work couldnt get done until Monday. However, when I explained that I lived 150 miles away, they stayed until the work was done so I could sleep in my own bed that night.

Starting from the front with Mr. Tim until the back with Mr. Charvez. They have always taken extremely good care of me & my family. I have never ever had a problem within the 3-4 yrs weve been going there. The people there are awesome. Thank you guys for taking good care of us.

This tires plus has been the worst experience ever. The website said 59 minutes for everything. I got an an appt went over at the given time and they told me the dont have anyone there to help me. i waited over an hour. I would not recommend this location to anyone.

Sketchy. Wouldnt let me use my Tiresplus credit card. Never got a receipt (now have to spend time tracking one down through the corporate office) and the lady charged me way more than she said she was. Definitely writing a letter with the Maryland AG.

I come in for a simple oil change and these fools forget to place my oil cap back on. Simple things like this should never happen.
