Pretty terrible all around.Im a harley davidson technician.I needed an inspection. 07 camry with 100k.All service points hit. The car is pristine.Told me I needed 400 dollars worth of brakes dancing around his words not knowing Im also in the business.After I dropped some knowledge on him the price magically came down 60 bucks. And what a suprise it came down another 140. Not kidding. Then he told me he wouldnt warranty any of the parts and labor. Whatever, run it. Get to the store and 3 people at the desk stare at me like Im an alien until I greet them! Not going to get into the words that were exchanged but James and Mike are full of it. I would never treat any of my costumers this way as I like repeat business. Ill never go back and Ill never recommend them. And they left my car a mess. Sidenote: my father took his vehicle in for a tire repair on a Friday. They removed the nail, charged him 50 bucks. The tire was flat on Monday and they they told him he picked up another nail and charged him another 50. Update: they didnt bother to replace one of my running lights I specifically asked them to replace and my headlights werent aligned properly. Still got the inspection sticker from them though. I did the work myself. Dont let these guys do you any favors.

Great service from the Cofer team continues! I had an issue with my Oldsmobiles cooling system and the team repaired it quickly. Then when I couldnt get away from work they dropped by for me. Great service at a reasonable price. It is hard to find good service like Cofers! On another occasion I had a clutch issue with my 2009 Shelby Mustang and obviously it was out of warranty. Basically I needed a needed clutch as they went to order my new clutch the Cofer team discovered there was a service writer from Ford that basically covered the clutch replacement parts and labor. They notified me that the clutch would be replaced at no cost to me saving me $2,000. These guys have a tremendous sense of integrity and give great value for their time. I am a customer for life!

One of THE BEST Auto Shops AROUND! I told them I wanted my front and rear breaks replaced and they called me to tell me that they cleaned and adjusted my rear drums, but they didnt need new shoes and didnt charge me for the maintenance on my rear drums!! Most shops wouldve either charged for the job and replaced them anyways or wouldve charged you and just told you that they replaced them! These guys are VERY HONEST and can be trusted! Great customer service and great mechanics!!! Dont hesitate to trust Cofer with your vehicles!!

With all due respect to Keli H....izz long as yerr car, r truck aint not tu com-plee-kated..."charged me $52 for a 10 minute diagnostic test and couldnt even tell me what the codes meant! Import Car Service just LISTENED to the engine and said, "spark plugs" runs like new thanks to the crew at Import Car...who knows what these guys would have tried to "fix."
