This might get lengthy but I hope worthwhile. I live OUT OF TOWN and just working in this area. I had a company car that needed brake work and after spotting a coupon decided - hey its not my car but will look good that I saved them money. They did a great job with new brakes and unlocking a caliber. They have a personable, friendly staff and when they said it would be done it was. Another crew with me had a brake issue and took his car to a different place - my cost was HALF. Later I brought my own truck down and as Hyw 210 will do, the suspension and tire alignment were messed up. I did not hesitate to bring my own car from out of state to this Tire Plus and have it serviced. They did such a good job, I had them do extra work, replaced shocks (boy what a difference in my ride) new bearings, new rotors, new pads, lifetime alignment. I looked on line for discounts, got them all applied and I could not be happier with the results. My 2005 Ford drives like its brand new. When you live somewhere its hard to find good car service at reasonable prices that provides quality work. Being from out of town, its even MORE scarier but Ive been here 3 different times in the past 2 months and would not hesitate to go back or suggest this place for anyone else.

Spoke with Lorenzo about a problem with my tire pressure monitor system warning light and the install at Pepboys Marlow Heights with new tires. The light remained on after driving for days after Pepboys told me it would go out...it will synch with car etc. I had gone to Pepboys returning for other issues with the same tire service and just was sickened to return and sit for 2 or more hours again...I dont have that sort of time. Lorenzo explained they can check my sensors and advise on options for repair. Made an appointment same day. Professional young serviceman checks the sensors...shows me the tool is working...hooks monitoring tool to my car...tire pressure warning light GONE...and no charge because of hassle with Pepboys. I will be a customer with Tire Plus on Livingston Rd. from now on. Should have come here first.

I was talked into a credit card from them and was lied to. The gentleman that helped said it was an in house finance card. That it would not affect my credit. It did. By a lot. It took me months to recover my credit where it was before I got card from this place. Deceptive practices. Will tell you anything to sell you thier product. Terrible!!!

Went her to get some new tires. The guys working on my car broke my tire monitoring system sensor, and tried to tell me that it was like that when I came in. After a few minutes with the manger he offered to replace it. He did replace it with a sensor I picked up from chevy. I may return if I need work done

Got a new set of tires FAST GOOD WORK FAST Good discount (ask for it). Good people. Could use a bigger TV. Away from the window. Would recommend Apply for the Tires Plus credit card. Very happy to get 6 months to pay without interest.

The staff are friendly and accommodating but Im pretty sure they really messed up my car. Tomorrow will be the 3rd time I had to take it there for the same issue. Smh. I hope they fix it. Ive payed then almost 2k and just want it done.
