I like the venue and the professional staff!!! So last month during my scheduled oil change (at another Tires Plus locale) I was told I would need new rear brakes by my next oil change. Okay so that gives me about 3 months. I always over-analyze everything and asked if I could just get it replaced on that day. But the technician assured me I would be fine until my next oil change. Okkkkkkk...... Fast-forward a few weeks later. Im driving and I hear a faint squeaking noise. Could have been anything or nothing at all, but I panic and think my life is over! Hahah, hahaha. I take my car in the very next day to this particular locale, since it was close to where I was conducting business for the day. I arrived around 11am and they were bussssy! I just knew I would be there all day. But rightly so, as I hadnt scheduled an appointment beforehand. Well fear not. They were great. My car was pulled into the bay about 30 minutes later. The technicians conducted a free brake inspection, confirmed I indeed needed new rear brake pads and after my approval they got started. About an hour or so later my car is ready to go. Total price for rear brakes and labor: $181.64. Not bad, not bad at all. I thanked the young lady at the counter, because although shes running a very busy shop & was probably stressed, she didnt convey it. She was really nice, professional and efficient. Five stars truly warranted. Keep up the great work. Oh and the restroom was clean as well!!

When we got our first battery, it was okay. We paid a 5 year warranty w/ the battery (about $120), and had to take it back since it was going dead in less than a year. However, when we went to turn in the battery for a NEW replacement (based on our warranty), they put in what they said was a new one but it was obviously an OLD battery. Eventually, they called around to find us a new battery since they didnt have another in stock. Im glad they got another battery, but everyone on their staff should KNOW what a new battery looks like and we shouldnt have to tell them (or check behind them) as trusting customers. BE CAREFUL at this location, any claimed "repairs" can be shady and their service is very questionable!

I chose to even come to this place because their customer service over the phone was fantastic. These guys are knowledgeable, experienced, friendly, and helpful. Daryl, the service manager, went out of his way to help me figure out my tire issue, all the while having a smile on his face. Please do get your car work done here.

The absolute worst service ever I was there first but I was waited on last all because two women walked in and the guys wanted to service them first Over Me 3 technician service to women while I stood at the counter waiting to be served when I was 1st in line. That goes to show you how much customer service means to them

The work is pretty good however the service quotes change. $35+ service quote difference (2nd quote over phone) for all AWD wheel alignment and almost $60+ for a lifetime wheel alignment at this location? Unless the first quote (received in person) was an error, I suggest being careful!

This place staff not very good I had tires done there twice took a gamble the second time worse than the first time they dont know how to change tires horrible destroyed the rims the manager very nice guy the rest of them wish you luck

A Bit Expensive For a tire Shop. However I work in retail and understand its not the workers whom make the price. Though I really think they should consider Hiring more People in the am Shift and Even price Matching.

Worst experience ever. I made an appointment to get new tires. When I got there, not only did they not even order the tires, they made me feel like it was my fault. I wish I could give negative stars. DONT GO HERE.

Waiting time between service was 2 long. Mechanic or service rep wasnt sure if services rendered would resolve the problem, but suggested that I try another option before completing the work being done.

Got here at 9 and they were still closed they were supposed to be open at 7 when the manager got there he had an attitude and still took another 20 minutes to actually help us

Took too long to do a fuel injection, guy told me 45 minutes and it took 2 In the half hours. Guys was out back working on another staff personal car.

Even though I got there at 7 when they first opened my car still was not ready at 930 which is ridiculous considering I only needed a tire patch
