The WORST experience of my life! I took my 92 Accord there to have my hood replaced because a truck with a hitch backed into me. They kept my car for a week(gave it to them on tuesday, picked up friday evening 5:50 pm) and when I got it back the brand new custom tail pipe I had installed 6 months ago was crushed into the bumper and now sits off center! Problem is, I didnt notice the damage until I got it home that night because they backed my car into the space and didnt do a "walk around" with our not so helpful claims person "billy" Should have known something was off then but like a good person I trusted them. Needless to say I called them the following week to discuss the damage and they denied it over the phone and said "Bring it here so we can line the pipe up with the curb and see if it occurred here. Obviously it occurred there because it wasnt like that when I gave them my car. I took my car there and as I suspected, they said "nope it doesnt line up - didnt happen here." WOW really? It didnt just sit in one spot all week, you drove it around your lot to get into the bay to take off the hood right? you drove it in to have it painted right? you drove it around to get it back to your lot so it could cure right? What kind of company is this that the insurance company actually rates them as a "preferred provider" I walked in to speak with the owner Cindy Guy and she was worse than that helpful claims guy billy! she refused to have a cival conversation with me and told me "i should have known better than to work on a car like that? I asked her what kind of car is "that" and she had the nerve to tell me it was the kind that is falling apart. She only works on them because insurance companies bring them to her" Let me tell you the next time I have any car damage I most certainly will NOT be taking my car to this place. I even asked to see their surveillance cameras because they happen to have three pointing right at the lot. The owner cindy said those things dont work....now I KNOW this is not the place to be taking your car for any repairs! Head my warning. Never again will I trust them with my "car like THAT"

Two Guys seems to be most insurance companies choice of so called, "Repair Shops" for St. Marys County and I say "So Called" because I had several other estimates from quality and competent shops after I was T-boned back in September by someone who was insured by State Farm and Two Guys was almost three thousand dollars less than the other quotes which was most likely why I was sent there. And when they were done repairing my M3, the parts and paint was less than satisfactory!! When I went to pick up my car (almost a month later, Yes it took 26 days to get my car back) You could see where they painted the repaired body parts in patches instead of painting the whole area and the paint match was way way off and you could see paint runs that they tried sanding down in several places as well as orange peel type craters in many spots! They also used cheap after market trim parts that began to fall off after a couple weeks and when I pointed out all the mistakes, they out right ignored me and told me that I should have paid out of pocket for a better job!!!!! I have since then involved an attorney and I was able to get my car fixed at the dealer the right way!!!! My advise is, if you are involved in a collision that was not your fault and the at fault persons insurance company wants you to take your car to Two Jokes, UH, I mean Two Guys, do yourself a favor and get an attorney ASAP!!!!!!! You do have rights! So dont let the insurance companies and shoddy repair shops take advantage of you like they tried to do with me!!!! And furthermore, stay as far away from Two Guys as possible!!!

Take your hard earned money elsewhere! I took my Sierra Denali there for insurance repair after a minor parking lot accident to fix the rear bumper and bedside. Since it was already in, I asked them to do my hood and the passenger side doors where it had been keyed (I bought it used that way). The truck looked good when I picked it up and I was happy with the work until I hand washed it a few days later and examined closely. The bedside had a bunch of vertical lines that looked like some sort of liquid had run down the side. As for the passenger doors, I could clearly see the bondo work and sanding lines under the paint. I went back in and the owner looked at it and she said that the lines were from a spray-on over-spray protectant and the clear coat on the doors must have shrunk and that they would take care of it. 3 days later, I pick up the truck, the bed now looks good, but the body work on the doors is still visible. Not only that, but they didnt paint the trim pieces on the doors either (which are body color. I paid $1400 out of pocket for 2 doors and a hood, wish I would have taken it elsewhere. Bottom line, if youre not particularly picky and have an attention to detail, this place is probably fine for you. If you expect high quality and the best work for your money, look elsewhere.

Had my car in for repair after a deer tried to take an uninvited ride in my front seat. Chose Two Guys because it was local and endorsed as a Nationwide Blue Ribbon repair shop. My first encounter was with Chris Guy who did a great job processing my vehicle and arranging for the repair and painting. The problem started when Chris went on vacation near the completion of the work on my car and "Cindy", who announced that she was the owner, took over. She was totally unprofessional in every way, rude, obnoxious, loud, and unreasonable. I have reported her behavior to my insurance company. Many other clients have named her in their reviews, so please be aware that in my opinion her behavior is not Blue Ribbon. As for the work that was done on my luxury vehicle, it was fine, however, I took the car to my dealership for a once over and they found a couple of minor issues that were not repaired. Bottom line: there are other more professional collision centres in Southern Maryland, read the reviews, eyes wide open, and make your decision.

If I could give no stars I would. I was referred here after a safelite technician damaged my car. Charlie gave me a quote and was absolutely wonderful. The estimate was paid in full the same day and my parts were ordered. I was told I would receive a call to schedule my work. After a week of not hearing anything I called the shop to find out what was going on. Cindy answered the phone and was quite rude. I simply asked why no one was keeping me up to date and when my work would be scheduled. She proceeded to inform me a part was on backorder. Ok, thats fine but when I asked her when I could expect the work to be done or if I would be kept informed she told me that I could have the f***ing work done somewhere else and she would no longer do it. Keep in mind I never raised my voice. I never cursed or disrespected her in any way. I simply asked a question. She had already been paid in full for the work. I am just thankful that safelite has to fight to get refunded and not me.
