Brought my car here for damage repair, the work was procrastinated coming from norfolk to Newport news just to check on my car, i have a 2013 Honda accord coupe yet they had trouble, ordering parts for a 2012 Honda which delayed the work, once work finally started i never got any updates like phone calls or even pictures sent to me after i stressed to them constantly simply to call me, knowing i go to school in norfolk and work full time. Two months later the work was finally done after constantly having to drive from norfolk to Newport news just to see the car, the body work was terrible fenders were out of place, new dents on my roof, the paint prepping was a disaster, the body paint was dull, and 80% of the car has orange peel even the door jamb wasnt completely painted, their excuse was that our paint guy was not coming in to help, im so reluctant to go back and get it fixed to possibly have it look even worse, not to mention that some items went mysteriously missing from my center console, dont waste your time or money with unprofessional work.
