We had our car fixed by this shop recently, our car was returned in worse shape then it was prior to our accident and the work was not completed despite them billing our insurance company and the at fault insurance company. Make sure to take picture of your vehicle prior to dropping it off to this place. I am glad that my husband did. We are going to be further inconvenienced by having to return our car, get another rental and having the repairs finished. I will update my review pending our future interactions. Hopefully I will not have to post pictures of the damages. But it is awful. Im talking oversprays, paint drippings, using a screwdriver on the bumper and ruining the paint, closing the door while the paint is wet, trying to buff out damages and just leaving it, messing up the existing paint job, not properly installing the mirror, the bumper was not fully screwed on, things are misaligned. That is just a few things.

I really appreciated that One Stop was able to help me with all my questions about the whole process of getting my car fixed after my accident, even including dealing with the rental car agency and updating them. I was kept up to date with a few emails at certain points in my repairs and it felt very nice to pretty much completely put my car in their hands while I had to deal with the rest of my day to day between dropping the car off and picking it up. They were very on point with the time estimate for my repairs and I appreciated that they didnt try to promise a sooner time then necessary. I got it back exactly when I was first promised even with unexpected delays I was made aware of because of parts being shipped. Very much appreciated!

My car was ready when expected and they were okay with leaving it where I could pick it up when they werent open. Also, the manager gave me a ride back to work after I dropped it off. The fifth star came when I picked it up. There was a bottle of touch-up paint in the cup holder, just in case it gets scratched in the future. I would definitely recommend them.

Had my 2015 silverado repaired there after a recent accident.. The quote was quick and accurate.. The only delay was for parts outside the businesses control.. Overall very happy my truck was also completely detailed upon picking it up which felt like an extra and appreciated step. Good business will recommend.

The work was done 6 days faster than the estimate, My car looks as if it had rolled off the assembly line and it is eight years old! I was kept appraised of the status via email nightly. I strongly recommend them to anyone needing work. They also work with USAA!

They do an amazing job repairing bodywork and painting. No over spray and really good blending. Have used this body shop twice now due to accidents, they are USAA affiliated. No complaints.
