The first time I got my car fixed it was a good repair but then my sensor kept coming on and I had to keep taking my car back for them to fix it, then when I told them the fourth time about it they said its probably because I had a flat tire, which I didnt. Then I recently took it back for the sensor and had them replair the panel on my driver side, they repaired that but not the sensor, and then I noticed there was a scratch on the opposite panel. I called to tell them and they sent me to someones voicemail and its been three days and no one has contacted me back about it. And I dont recommend taking your car for a serious repair being that my car is making a noise now and when I told them about that it might just be regular maintenance that needs done.

I usually am satisfied with Elite Auto Body (this being my third time) but after this experience I will never bring my car back here! My car had got side swipped and I needed to file a claim through Geico and being that I had nice experiences with this shop before I decided to go here, BIG MISTAKE. They had my car for about a month (mind you my door was the only thing that needed to be fixed) and during that month they would call me and tell me my car was ready (they did this about 4 times) and every time I went to go try and get my car, they told me it wasnt ready. Their communication is all messed up and I wouldnt recommend anybody to come here if they expect their car to get back to them in a timely fashion.

This place is always professional..This was my second wreck and I have dealt with Elite before in Hampton. Both places are very professional. Repairs were completed very quick. They called and kept me aware of everything that was going on everyday. Also if you have GEICO the rep(adjuster)Steve is awesome and the Enterprise is right in the shop to get you rolling away in a rental as soon as you drop off. Great experience. Will only deal with them from here on out. Thanks guys.

If I could give more stars I would!! Elite is incredible! My car was sideswiped and I was a mess to say the least. Everyone who helped me at the shop was incredibly friendly and informative. I never got the run around, and the work was not only excellent, but prompt. I even got to talk to the tech and painter who worked on my car!! Hopefully I wont have need for a body shop in the future, but if I do I wont be taking my baby anywhere else! Thank you Elite Auto Body!!!!

Their customer service is top notch someones insurance company sent me here, if I ever get anything else done to my car from now on I will come here the only complaint I have is the huge lot was full so I couldnt find parking for pickup. It was worth the drive from Suffolk to Norfolk.

I came to this shop for a repair estimate. The front office staff were very friendly and one even came out to ask if anyone needed or wanted a hot drink while we waited. The staff also gave regular updates to waiting customers.
