The One Stop Auto Collision Center acted above and beyond anything they had to do. I took my car to their shop after a storm dropped a tree on it. Upon arrival they were able to give me an estimate on what the damages where going to cost to repair the car. After hearing their estimate, we came to the conclusion that the car was at that point totaled. The employee then offered to look around for someone that would take the car as is and offered to hold the car in their shop until I determined what I wanted to do. A day later the employee called back with an offer for my car that I determined to be very reasonable. After a week of car searching I found another car from a dealer that offered a little more to take my car for a trade in. I completed the deal and traded my car into the dealership. I went back to One Stop Auto to clear my remaining items from the totaled car and explained that someone would be around to pick up the old car. The employees again were very helpful and helped me with cleaning out the car. After I had emptied the car, I offered to pay something for the storing of my old car and they won’t take any money that I offered. I decide since they were so helpful to me when I was down on my luck, I wanted to do something for them. I hope this helps you determine to use this company. Thank you

I wanted an exterior plastic piece of trim painted to match my cars color code. Because the piece is plastic and durable, making it easy to paint. Looking for an estimate, I took the piece off my car, showed and told them what I wanted done. I was told, "because they use water based paint, the paint wont last or stick, and they could not warranty this material." Plastic comes in different forms and strength, and widely used in our daily lives like; boats, autos, electronics, food storage (the list goes on) some of which is painted. Makes me wonder how this place stays busy painting plastic body parts with a warranty, except mind. Yes I could of spray paint this myself but I wanted to see how much it would have cost to make it last. All they had to do, spray adhesion promoter, primer, color matching paint, and clear coat the item with a warranty like any other part. Well see if their body work holds up and they stand by their warranty, since I had work done a while back.

They treated what I thought was minor as a priority and got my car in the shop ASAP.
