I just want to say I am not upset at Mike. His customer service was great and thats why he got that star. But the way the GEREAL MANAGER spoke about me as I was sitting and waiting was really RUDE and VERY HURTFUL. And as a GM, customer service should and always be the number one thing your business run on. YOU Bill, felt being nasty to me about my situation was very wrong. You dont know me or my life. And If you as a GM can sit there and act as if you didnt know sometimes things happen to ppl in their life they cant control you are an ignorant jerk. And where I work doesnt have a single thing to do with anything! You are to OLD to have that mind set about ppl. Even when you found out I was right in the lobby and that I heard you. Not a single regard or enough respect to apologize. But it is very much ok. Me inquiring has nothing to do with anything you were joking on me about....... And yes I had the money to put down for the car. I was JUST inquiring about a car. But I will never come back to this place. Nasty Management is a major turn off. But again thank you Mike.

I have been a long time customer of Pomoco (bought several vehicles new and used and take my cars back for service). There isnt another place Id recommend stronger. I normally dont write reviews, but I thought I had to to answer something that this "Jay P" said in his review. I happened to be at the dealership getting my Town Car worked on when this arrogant, nasty man triple parked his beat up lincoln LS, slammed his door as he jumped out of his car and started swearing at anyone and everyone. Charles Gallaer and Tom Hinton did everything they could to be courteous and accommodate Jay. All he kept doing was calling them crackers and cursing. Funny thing is, a week later I stopped by Pomocos Lincoln Mercury store in Hampton, and there Jay was getting his broke down LS fixed. Off your meds, Jay? What an idiot. Dont let a raving lunatic sour your opinion of a business that has served its customers for over 60 years. I have been, and always will be a loyal Pomoco Lincoln Mercury customer.
