Mistakenly had taken my land yacht (75 Eldorado) to a different body shop to repair rust and paint. Long story short the body repairs were passable, but Im sure my 7 year old daughter could have gotten a better paint result with water colors. Runs everywhere, over-spray...everywhere, no gloss...anywhere. I found Aero Colours Autobody by chance. I was impressed with the website reviews and decided to take my kindergarten paint project to them to see if there was any hope of getting a better result. Rick was beyond professional (never bad-talked the other painter...Im sure he was physically biting his tongue) and very direct. He warned that a sand and re-clear would not give me a show car, but would likely suit my needs. I use the car as a weekend driver for my family and friends. The car was finished within a week as promised, though Rick wouldnt let me take delivery on the day they finished due the rain. He takes pride in his work and it shows. I picked up the car today and I am blown away by the result. He truly undersold the shops and his abilities and way over-delivered. I cannot thank them enough for making me happy to cruise in the Caddy again! Thank you!!

It is easy to see why Aero Colours Auto Body has such a excellent reputation. I took my truck by to get an estimate and the staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. They took the time to explain to me what needed to be done to make the repairs so they would last for years to come. After looking around the shop everyone was working together like a well oiled machine, so I knew that is were I wanted to have my truck repaired. Thank You Mr .Barefoot for such a good experience. This place is a wonderful business with exceptional people and service. It took 4 weeks of schemes and scams from 6 auto body shops in Newport News and Hampton before I "lucked up" on Rick and his honest crew at Aero Colours Auto Body. Service with a smile even with the challenges I presented with my remote starter key. LOL! They are consistent and dedicated to doing a great job. Id recommend to everyone looking for an auto body shop, Aero Colours is more professional, detailed a preforms quality work. YOU GUYS ARE GREAT!!!!!!!

Aero Colors did a fantastic job on my 2010 Mustang when it needed front-end work due to a fender-bender. They did an equally fantastic job when I had to come back a few months later because my kid scraped the side of the car. Aero Colors gave me a discount for being a "frequent customer;" they didnt have to do this but it was very kind. The people that helped me at the front desk were unfailingly polite and friendly. I cant recommend them enough.

They told me that it would take 2 weeks to get the work done and it took them a month. I was given tons of excuses (many of them lies) as to why it wasnt finished in time but it was all due to them ordering the wrong part. Instead of getting the part for my year car, they got it for the year before. Would not recommend unless you dont need to drive for a while.

Top Quality! I had a great experience from the first phone call to driving my car off the lot. Great customer service! Went to pick up my car and didnt even recognize it. The work that was done made my 8 year old car look brand new. I highly recommend this company for any body work.
