I got my car appraised at this maaco and it was appraised a few hundred dollars MORE EXPENSIVE than the Dealer appraisal!! They also kept me waiting well over half an hour, when the guy "AJ" came with my price he said he had got sidetracked and thats what took so long. Keep in mind I was the only customer there waiting. I went back a few weeks later and asked how much it would cost just to fix the damaged area and they said it would be cheaper to paint the whole car, I then told them I did not have the money and I just wanted to fix the trouble area... they continued to try to sell the whole paint job no matter how many times I told them that is NOT what I wanted. Finally it got through their head and they asked if they could call me back with a price. I called back the next day and they said "AJ" the appraiser who kept me waiting the first time had "stepped out" and he would call me back. Didnt hear anything back... I got me a new box of crayola and I would rather color in between the lines than let these mongrols touch my car.

I waited a few months to write this review, because what good is a paint job review the week after its done? But I had this done last August and now I can fairly say Id recommend this Maaco without hesitation. I had a 2004 Grand Caravan with paint flaking off in large chunks, to include down past all the paint with a little bit of surface rust starting. I didnt want to spend a ton on it, but I wanted it painted. The young man who did my estimate was very courteous and professional. Hed worked his way up from painter to a management position and seemed to really take pride in his work. I went with the integrated clearcoat mixed in paint job, came to $800 and change. Looked nice coming out and you could see they did some actual prep work, filling, etc. Several months later it still looks good. Would I take my expensive late model car or classic to be restored here? Well, maybe not. But for what I needed, I got good work at a more than fair price. And Im no longer the embarrassment of the Target parking lot.

Poor Customer Service -- The paint job was worth the price. However, the additional hassle will not bring me back or result in a recommendation. I had my entire SUV repainted the original color. During the process, the roof rack was cracked in multiple areas when it was removed or reinstalled. They did not mention it to me when I arrived for pick-up, but I found it before I left. I was originally told that it would be ordered and replaced in less than 1 week. I had to make numerous calls to get a status update on the order. Many phone calls were not returned or I did not receive a call when I was told that I would by Brian. I worked with Brian for more than a month before I finally got the roof rack replaced with used parts. Overall: Paint work the price; customer service needs a lot of improvement.

Great work at a reasonable cost! Our car roof, rear, and front bumper sealer were peeling and we needed them repainted. We were hesitant to try this location based off some of the reviews, but since MAACO is a larger chain and the other quotes we looked at with higher reviews cost more, we decided to try it out. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Not pushy at all! Once it was in the shop it was delivered exactly when they stated it would be completed. I couldnt have been happier with the work done. The car paint looked perfect! We are going to be bringing our older car in to have painted and are looking forward to the makeover.

I have had two cars painted here. The first was a Chrysler Town and Country van. It was only two years old and had major damage to the driver door. I worried that the repair would be noticeable and I would see it every time I used the van. When I got the van back I was more the pleased. I could not tell that the van was repaired. I also felt that they were fair in there estimate. Based on this experience i used them again when our 16 year old son dented the rear quarter panel of my Suburban 1 week after getting his licence. He was pleased with the cost and I was glad that I got my car returned in such good shape.

Awesome customer service and very good work! This is a quality establishment and Id trust them with ANY of my vehicles! The owner, AJ, has been in this business all his life and you can tell because he seems to know everything there is to know about cars. I thought the front desk staff was very helpful and courteous. They have packages, with prices, posted right on the wall and their estimates were very accurate. I highly recommend this business! 5 stars for sure!

Had to use them twice, both times they did the job well and for what they quoted. Second time they had the car for way longer than they said, but I know that was due to parts taking a long time to come in

I had them fix a deep scratch on my SUV. They offered a great price and the turn around time was extremely fast. I would definitely recommend this shop!
