I used this place several times last year and I am embarrassed to say I even recommended them because I thought they were trustworthy. Obviously that was false. After having trouble with my car and it breaking down on me, I had it towed here Wednesday and asked for a full diagnostic. They informed me it would need a new starter before they could even continue checking it out. Bought the part and they installed it. Called me Saturday to say it was done and assured me they looked it over and it was running fine, though may need a new battery at some point. I agreed they could leave the key in and I would pick it up when I could. Arrive today and it would start then immediately turn back off. So after several hundred dollars my husband still had to work on it just so we could get it away from there since they are clearly incapable of taking care of it. To top it off, I arrive to find my drivers side window completely open. It was unable to move before so who ever did it had to force it down themselves then left my car completely open and just wrote a note on my receipt instead of calling me to let me know. Will never use again and will most definitely recommend anyone thinking of using them to go elsewhere.

Wouldnt even give one star. This place a joke. Two seperate occasions and two seperate issues Ive brought my truck to the shop to get serviced for: One being a front hub assembly (March) and the second being a problem with either my front end u-joints/transfer case (August). Was assured they thoroughly looked over it and had no problems. Had to go on my own and replaced the hub assembly (fixed the first problem) and have yet to look into my 4wd system but still having problems. Wouldnt recommend at all and im not even a local..

Went in there yesterday to get shocks and struts put on with an alignment also. When I got my car back there was a loud squeal coming from the front right tire. Took it back and they showed me that my rotor was warped/bent. But I didnt have that problem before they touched my car but they denied they ruined my rotor. I called corporate and today they put on 2 front rotors free of charge and it fixed the problem they made. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone. Theyll screw your car up to try and get you to come back

Ive been to countless auto shops in my life, and this place is A++. I always do a trick to test the place by giving them a chance to upsell me something, in this case 4 tires and an alignment. The sales manager (Debi Rum) didnt try and sell me tires i didnt need and gave the best deal possible! The mechanic, Joshua was very knowledgeable and now im riding up rt 4 at 65mph smooth as hell! GREAT WORK AT THIS GRANADOS IN LUSBY ON COVE POINT RD, WILL RETURN HERE EVERYTIME!

Took my truck to the dealership for regular maintenance. Had the brake fluid flushed and they ended up screwing up pretty bad and leaving ALOT of air in the line. I decided to take my truck to Granados as soon as I left the dealership and they had my brake lines bled in 30 minutes for a very reasonable price. Im ecstatic with the customer service and knowledgeable techs at Granados. I will be taking all my vehicles here from now on.

Horrible place. Owner did not honor his commercial to fix at no cost their incompetence. Vehicle was towed 2 times ( once to their other location because their mechanic wouldnt travel). My wife and kids were in the car 2 times when it just shut off on them. I was charged for their lack of knowledge. They are your stereotypical mechanic and not trustworthy.

Very professional. We brought our van here due to a engine failure. Although it took a little longer than expected...they were extremely professional and did not rush and made sure that everything was in order also would like to thank their Technician Dan who completed the work. I would highly recommend them to my friends and family.

Horrible experience. Went in for an inspection and was told there was $1200 worth of repairs to pass. I asked to be shown and they told me no. Ent elsewhere and had inspection done and passed. Very dishonest and would never go back.
