Brittany has done my hair for the past 8 years/9 years I have NEVER had a bad experience I am a natural dark brunette she has taken my hair from dark to bright white blonde and back well over two times over with balayage blonde incorporated in I have had multiple times BEFORE I went to brittany where my hair was damaged where a stylist turned my hair orange or chopped my hair off trust me Ive had my run until I started going to brittany she has always done my hair the way I wanted and always listened to what I wanted!! I have very long thick healthy hair and it is all thanks to her skilled and professional art of doing hair! My hair is by far the my best asset and I trust her whole heartily with it. I have had nothing but fantastic compliments from complete strangers and even had some woman come up and grab my hair and run her hands threw it because she couldnt believe it was real one or how well it was done( freaked me out for a min trust me) I have referred well over 20 people to brittany and not one of them have had a bad experience or have ever went to a different stylist since my referral. I wont let anyone else touch my hair! Brittany was heaven sent to make my hair fabulous!!

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Brittany literally ruined my hair. I cried on my way home from my hair appointment... and I paid $200 for it. I flew all the way to Utah yesterday to have my home stylist fix my hair and she had never seen more of a disaster job in her entire life. From what I gathered at my appointment, (when she wasnt ragging on about what the other girls were going to get her for lunch) Brittany has a lot of seniority at the hair company... and if thats seriously how that entire salon let me walk out of there, I honestly wouldnt trust anyone. AT ALL. Do yourself a favor and DONT go there. Either she needs to get fired and go back to hair school or that business needs to be shut down.

Im shocked and I truly dont think you will find one other person to agree with Hayley. Brittany is one of the most well respected stylists in the tri county area! My daughter and I have been customers for years and have NEVER, and I mean NEVER, had a bad experience with her, nor the staff of The Hair Company. They are truly a cut above...get it? :) Sorry but this whole review is preposterous! Brittanys quality of work is outstanding! The staff there always goes the extra mile to ensure a high quality experience. For years Ive watched Brittany, and staff, handle all their clients with fierce skills and professionalism-just not buying it...Im looking forward to my next appointment!

Hayley must have had a bad day/week - BRITTANY ROCKS! She, like all of the women at The Hair Company, has a fantastic personality and great sense of humor and is ALWAYS welcoming! While Brittany is not my regular stylist, she has stepped in on several occasions in Ambers absence and I was NEVER dissatisfied. She has multiple talents with updos, color, cuts and has made many brides (including my daughter-in-law) over the top beautiful on their special days.

Brittany does an awesome job with cutting & coloring my hair! I dont even have to tell her what I need - she just keeps me in style with a cute cut and knows just what to do with my color as seasons change! The staff are all friendly and professional and they never pressure me to buy products--but they have a nice assortment should you do need anything! Ive been going there for 2 years now and Im a very satisfied customer!

Stacey I can truly say i have never had a bad experience with any of the girls there. I always come out happy with my hair cuts and color. The staff there is extremely friendly and treat you wonderfully. they listen to what you want and they do a great, and i meant great job !!!! love them all not just at their Charlotte hall location but their Leonardtown location as well !!!
