Beware! This place is more like a nightmare than a dream. Wow. I walk in there the first time just for a root touch up. Not bad and the girl was sweet. I go back the second time about a month later and decide to get a hair cut and my roots done again. She decides that we should not only do my roots, but, add some high and low lights. This sounds great, so I agree! Well, she butchered my hair (I looked like I had a hair hat. Like someone put a bowl on the top of my head and cut around it leaving all long legnths under neath. WTF?) I asked for long whisps in my hair and some layers. Not the butchered look. I call back and talk to the owner who agrees to see me the next night after work. She opened the salon just for me. How sweet! She agreed that my hair was a mess. The owner even agreed to refund me all of my money except for the root touch up. We agreed on this because my hair was so badly destroyed. She trimmed it a little and gave me some products to try and even out where my hair was supposed to be blonde, but, over processed and looked purple. Lovely. Im not 80 years old and going for the blue hair look. She somewhat fixed it, at least the best she could without cutting off all of my legnth which was well past my shoulders. I give it another month. I figure the owner was nice. She helped me out. I will give her another shot. BAD IDEA! I go back for another hair cut but, this time she used a technique for short spikey hair. She twisted big chunks of my hair together, held it at the ends and just started chopping chunks out with her scissors. The thick natural curly hair I once had was gone. She thinned it all out, cut it in the hair hat again! WTF?? My mother got her hair cut too. I short spikey style. Nope. She looked like she stuck her finger in an electrical socket. Her hair was so dry and shooting all over the place. OMG! What a disaster! I went to another place the next day to see if my train wreck of a hair do could be repaired. She was shocked! As she held pieces of my hair to trim, they were all uneven and chopped at. She and the other girls said what a horrible thing to do to long pretty hair. They could hardly even out what a mess that was made to my head. They told me I should ask for my money back. That the person that had done this to my hair, had no idea what she was doing. It has been 3 months now and my hair is just starting to come back. My curl is slowly appearing and my thickness is slowly returning. For months I had to pull my hair back in a pony tail (which looked like straw, not hair from over processed), pay out money to try to correct the color and keep my hair even without chopping it all of. What a train wreck. To top it off, I was refused a refund. She claims that I was rude. Wow. Thats professional. They should call this place "Hair Nightmares" ugh.

Melody did my hair, absolutely great! My hair was dead and a mess to deal with when I walked in and she used products that wouldnt be harsh on my hair and gave me some tips on how to take care of it. It looks 100 times better then when I first walked in the door. Definitely would recommend!!

I went to get a bleach out and bangs. I got my hair done by the owner melody and she was wonderful, and kept conversation.My hair turned out amazing and she made sure to inform me on proper care to keep my hair healthy. I will definitely be going back and I recommend this salon.
