I went into the salon it felt like a great when yu walked in the guy who washed my hair he was light skinned and I just adored him he wad so friendly......he talked more then the chick that did my hair anyways the girl that did my hair wad the owners daughter I was getting a sew in she did it really fast their was no really any conversation then the needle she used wad so dull she had to keep stopping and looking for needles and each needle was duller then the next so with her trying to find new needles she would start a new track so I had don pieces hanging that I found when I got home.......so they charged me $90 for maybe a $65 dollar do then I was charged an extra $15 for her to trim the hair a little and curl the ends of it I mean damn.....so that's 105.00 then when yu use a credit card their it charges a extra 2.00 I mean come on son so I'm 50/50 on going back as long as I get a better stylistic oh and not to mention while getting my hair done another salon employee was doing her own hair while walking around and talking to the stylistic that was doing my hair that was annoying and they didnt offer me any type of refreshment but they asked others

I really enjoyed being treated at this salon. It is very spacious because it is the building where Norman Holt Florist used to be. While you are under the dryer, they give you a glass of juice or water. And the best part is that there is practically no wait time as they are only a little over a year old at this location. Usually as soon as you enter they get started right on you. When Keshorna, the salon owner, did my hair, she made it look a whole lot longer than it did. They really aim to please. Just be prepared to pay for the high class service. Linda

Poor Customer Service Today I decided to check out Salon L because I am in need of a loctician. When I arrived, I was greeted by the receptionist. I started to ask a few question about their services and schedules of the loctician, salon hours and prices. He gave me "one word" responses. He had a disposition as if my questions were irrelevant and pointless. I asked to speak to the loctician, so that I could speak to her directly she was not there. Sadly their receptionist is the reason why the loctician missed out on a potential client.

John (the manager/owner) is a conartist! I paid for a sewin that started smelling like mold when I left and got into the heat. I had to pay another salon to take it out and wash my hair because it smelled so bad. When I finally got in touch with him i was told my only option was to have it reinstalled or lose out on the over $200 I spent. Who would want a client to walk around smelling like mold??? Instead of having repeat business he lost a customer!!!! Tierra was a good hair dresser but I would never recommend this salon!

Beware of the hair at this salon! I purchased hair from this salon for my daughter during the holiday. The next day I had to ask the stylist if she could wash the hair because it smelled like old tennis shoes, she agreed and still the smell continued. I asked the man at the front desk who works there and sold me the hair for an exchange not my money but, an exchange and he said NO. “ The hair is sprayed before it is boxed and shipped so I’m not responsible”. Very poor customer service....

Please do not ever buy hair from these people it is a scam I payed $140 for two bundles of hair and it lasted me all but a week and a half and when I called the salon, I simply recieved an all sales are final response. Worst place Ive ever brought hair from, and never will again!

went in just to get my hair curled, waited 4 hours under the dryer. when I went to see what was taking so long my stylist was sewing someones weave in. this was on the day of my prom, so I was late for my nail appointment.
