I recently moved to the Hampton area from NY. I am accustomed to going to the Dominican salons, because they provide exceptional service. Monicas hair salon was the complete opposite. The store was dirty. They had limited hair products and their level of understanding the english language was minimal. I went to get a relaxer and normally, after the wash, I am used to going under the dryer with the conditioner. They just had me sit in the styling chair. Also, I needed my ends cut and the stylist refused to do it, because she was just plain lazy. My blow out was flat and greasy looking. I will NEVER GO THERE AGAIN. And I advise others to stay away!

I had a wonderful experience they were very nice... my hair looked beautiful....They even gave me lemonade and cheese and crackers while I was getting my hair done... My hair was nice and flowing.. They did an amazing job.... I love the fact that they were quick.... I got my hair done in a timely manner... most of all very perfessional stylist that took pride in what they did to my hair and other clients...

I brought my wife to this salon and theyve done an amazing job. I was happy with my wifes new look, she was happy. This salon demonstrated excellent customer service. Whatever you need they can and will deliver. Shaky is one of the best stylists my wife has ever had, she will definitely be making this salon her go to salon from now on. Convenient location and hours, especially on a Sunday. They are open from 9am - 4pm. Best shampoo Ive had in a while. The young lady was very professional, and kept checking to makes sure I was pleased. To top it off, she spent the time to give a much needed scalp massage. Jackie has done my hair at a couple other salons, and she has always been really great. Great service!

Everyo e is super friendly and take the time to get to know you and how you like your hair. They speak both English and Spanish and listen to what you want. They take walk-ins whenever they can. Loved my hair when I left. I recommend.

Dont go there if you are a natural will cause heat damage. Plus I think they put a straighter in their conditioner. Should you ask why after 3 weeks of washing your hair is still straight they will act like they dont speak English
