A lady suggested this place because they encourage outside parts to "save you money. They actually nearly DOUBLE the labor cost if you decide to not use their parts. Art also said they add charges as they continue deeper into their inspection... BUT they do so without asking. Then they blanket broad titled charges for the whole vehicle inspection on TOP of JUST the specific systems you request (which are even listed seperatly on their price board)! "Military Friendly"... but you only get the advertised 12% IF you show them the ad on their own website... even though they know its there. So basically I need a "coupon" to get 12% for being military.
