I use to come up to this place until my last experience and will never go back. I had jumped a curb in my car and took it here so they could look at it. The front lady Vicki and one of the mechanics explained to me that I needed a new subframe and A/C pipe after jumping this curb which I could see from them showing me when it was on the lift. This is summer mind you. They said I could drive with the subframe for awhile but would eventually need to get it fixed before inspection but they could still fix my AC before I had to get work done on the subframe. Take my car back a week later when I had money for the A/C pipe to get fixed and they got my part through the dealer. Sat there for almost 4 or 5 hours waiting. Meanwhile, I hear them trying to start my car and a loud noise happens. The one guy Keith and Vicki were working this time today. Keith pulls me out and says we put the A/C pipe in but it moved or didnt work correctly when they tried to start the car. Meanwhile, Keith proceeds to tell me that the A/C pipe wont stay in place unless we fix the subframe. I said what!?!? The other lady Vicki and the mechanic clearly told me the first time I could get the A/C fixed before the subframe..else I would have never brought it in again bc they quoted me over $2,000 the first time for everything. Clearly the first time I went, the two people didnt know what they were talking about. Kicker here was, when I went to go in and pay for absolutely nothing being fixed..they still wanted the full amount. I said no, if anything Ill pay for labor. You guys didnt fix one thing and told me it could be fixed in the first place..I was given false information. You could tell the dude Keith was upset bc if he was there the first time i brought my car in he could have given me the correct information. Still wanted me to pay full price and I said no. He was like, so Im gonna have to take the hit on this part and I said yes. He was like how about paying half for the part..at this point I said whatever! I just want to get out of here. So I ended up paying over $300 for nothing..zero. Still paid for labor and half for the A/C pipe. Got completely robbed and was given false information. Will NEVER EVER go back here. Overpriced and false information.

Yesterday 10/12/16, at 9:34 am I called and spoke with a gentleman and scheduled an appointment to take in my car to have its oil changed. While on the phone I asked the gentleman would it take about an hour or so to be done, and assured me it would be done in that time. Later at around 12:30, I drop my car off and went on my way to a vendor lunch. At 1:24 pm, I received a phone call from Vickie, stating that my car was not done and that I could come pick it up and reschedule, I told Vickie that I needed the oil changed immediately due to my change oil soon light coming on the week before and I would fee more comfortable having it changed sooner than later. At 2:10 I called to check to see if the oil had been changed and was once again told by Vickie that the car had not been taken in yet and that I could come and pick the car up and reschedule. I explained once again, that the change oil soon light had come on the week before, and that I would feel more comfortable having it changed sooner than later. Finally at 3:08 pm, I got a call from Vickie stating that my car was done. The call came more than 2.5 hour later when I dropped the car off and confirmed about an hour or so. I was expecting an hour and a half not more than two and a half hours. When I got there, there was no compensation given to me for having to wait so long, there seemed to be no care of me having to be inconvenienced, by not having my car back to me when I was expecting it back, nothing. I have had my oil changed at this location at least once before and it was done very quickly, to the point where I hadnt even gotten my lunch to eat it was done so quick. At this point I will not be returning, not just because there was a time issue, but because there seemed to be consideration when Vickie was told that it needed to be done. She did not know if I was heading out of town on a trip, she just seemed as though she did not want my business and wanted me to come get my car so she did not have to worry about making sure it got done.

I was driving to work last Monday when I realized that I could no longer put off addressing the horrible grinding noise coming from my brakes. I did a quick search of all of the shops near me--Meineke was one of them--and called ahead to make sure they could take me at the last minute. I took the car in and Keith immediately checked the brakes, told me that they were metal-to-metal and called me an Uber. (This was all under 10 minutes.) Two hours later he called to tell me that there were a number of problems that needed to be addressed and gave me two different quotes: One for all of the work that had to be done right away and one for all of the work that could be put off until inspection. I opted for the former and they had the car finished by the time I got off work that same day. When I went to pick up the car and pay for the service, there was an issue with a bank transfer and I couldnt access the funds. They provided me with a courtesy car (which they told me they would have offered earlier had it been available) and told me to come back in when I was able. The next morning I received a call from Keith, who just wanted to reassure me that I could take my time getting the courtesy car back to them--He didnt want me to feel like I was under any extra pressure to meet a deadline. I dealt mostly with Keith throughout the whole process and he was extremely kind, understanding, and comprehensive. He explained to me all of the terminology and issues that I didnt understand and talked me through my first major car repair experience. (Ill add that I left my house keys in the courtesy car and then locked my car keys in my personal car and they worked with me through all of that, too.) At the end of the day, having an unplanned expense was a real bummer, but they made the whole experience better. I even racked up enough points for a free oil change (thanks, Meineke) and some of the parts they replaced had a lifetime warranty. I couldnt be happier with the service I received. Thank you!!!

My boyfriend went there for a state inspection. This was the first time either of us had gone to Meineke. It will also be the last. They failed my bfs car because of the breaks. That would have been fine if it was accurate, but they lied to our faces. They gave incorrect information and also said documentation of why they failed us would be on the paper in the car. There wasnt anything on that paper except what passed and the one item that failed. My bf was pushing them for more information so they gave us the information that was suppose to be on the paper in the car. It was some sort of numbers for the break rotors of why they failed. The thing is those numbers were above what they stated was the mininum to pass. They lied about 2 seperate things to make extra money. Thankfully we didnt fall for it and took the car for a second opinion. Beware, these people will do what they can to make a sale.
