Short version , ((They broke my door handle yanking on my door so hard going in and out of my truck to where the driver door wouldnt open anymore then they backed my truck out of the garage and said we did the oil change there is nothing we can do about the door handle so you can take your truck.I had to call the police for them to fix my door handle. ))I went there for a oil change and alignment. While they were working on my truck one of the guys comes to me and ask "Did you have trouble opening your driver side door"? I look puzzle at him and said No, why do you ask and he just walked away. A few minutes later I noticed my truck shaking while in the bay. I walk around to see 1 guy yanking on my door handle while an other guy is inside my truck trying to shoulder my door open. I asked what was the problem and they said your door isnt working and asked was it like that when I came in. I said no you seen me come out of the drivers side, your employee entered my truck numerous times and there was no issue now all of a sudden your saying it was like that? They ended up pulling my truck out of the garage and telling me there was nothing they could do and that my truck was done with the oil change and i could go. The manager didnt want any part of correcting the issue so i had to call the police and tell them what happened in order to get my vehicle fixed. The mechanic had broke my door handle and didnt want to fix it until the police came. I will never in a million years go there ever again.

I went to Midas for the first time on Friday to get an oil change before a long drive home to NC. As they were pulling my car around, another mechanic backed into my car. The man got out of the car, looked at the car he was driving, and then disappeared from the scene. He did not even look at my car, and he offered no apologies to me for what he had done. The man who was driving my car was nice about it, and looked at it to ensure that there was no damage, but still there were no apologies from anyone, which is terribly annoying to me because it is my first car and I have recently put thousands of dollars into restoring it. I know it does not look expensive to anyone else, but it is on the road to being restored, and it has great sentimental value to me. Also, I drove it about 4 hours south, and started a bad knocking type sound coming from the engine, so after much examination, I decided to check the paper work, and I found that they put almost a whole quart less than what is recommended by Nissan. Needless to say, running with too little oil was causing the noise, and could have caused irreversible damage to my newly rebuilt engine. I am beyond frustrated with the service I received, and I dont plan on returning. A simple apology would have made a world of difference to me in this situation, but he was rude and inconsiderate.

Several months ago, a TPMS indicator light (tire pressure monitoring system) came on in my car, I ignored it until I wanted to sell my car. I got an estimate to run diagnostics on it, results were inconclusive and Nick didnt charge me. Then a few weeks later, I got a nail in a tire on my other vehicle. Brought it in, they pulled the nail and plugged the hole right away without an appointment. I got my wallet ready and again Nick said no charge, couldnt believe it, he said it was one of their "customer service points". They did tell me I needed new tires soon and I already knew that. I was back a month later for 4 new tires, which Nick did let me pay for. :) Thanks for the good service.
