My experience with the nick of time has been a total disaster week after week they kept telling me my car would be done but I never got around to getting it back they told me the work will only take one to two days and everything they fixed on it was broke when I got the car back I advise everyone not to go to the nick of time they are really big assholes and I spend my valuable time and money with these people and they just waste my time and my car is still broke !!!!!!! I will never ever go back there again they are liars and scammers .

Nick was very easy to reach and worked with me when it came to the issues with my car and getting it taken care of fast. He was able to answer all my questions and always answered in a timely fashion. My car was in and out in 3 business days! I would recommend him to anyone in the Owings Mills area for sure.

TERRIBLE place first they told me "itll be a day" then "itll be a couple days" then they say a week! When they told me that they asked uf i wana get my car "what is it done!?" No it wasnt they were just being assholes the WHOLE time they were being like that...
