Went to the Wilson Tire Store to get a set of rear tires mounted and balanced and left, only to hear an incredibly loud sound coming from the rear tires (one that had not previously existed). Upon hearing this, I turned around and returned to the store to ask the associate to look, and even offered for him to take a ride in it to hear it himself. The associate then went out to check it for himself, and returned relatively quickly telling me that the tread on the tires was uneven, producing this loud sound. I trusted his opinion and started the drive home. During the drive home, it became more apparent to me that this had to be something more than tread. To be perfectly honest, I was a little nervous because the car didnt feel like it was driving safe, which is something I have never really experienced. I got home and decided to investigate a little for myself and jacked my car up, however when I went to check the nuts on the tires I discovered that 7/10 rear bolts were loose enough to be taken off easily with just my fingers. For a store that sells tires, this should be a basic, routine thing to check. I feel as if I was put in danger by the negligent staff at Wilson Tire & Auto Service, and for that I will never return, nor recommend this location.

Im beginning to see how useful reviews are... Went in last week to have an alignment done on my car. Keeping in mind that my car is lowered and modified I have always used boards and taken it to trusted friends to do the alignment. Recently moved out to Laurel, MD and was debating between a few places, I decided to give Wilson Tire a try. They were able to fit me in the same day for an appointment later in the day. I watched as Rodney (technician) carefully lined up the car and also used some wooden boards on hand to have the car clear the rack while loading. I was very pleased with how well my car was cared for while they performed the service. Talked to Rodney afterwards and he explained some other issues that I might need to address which I already knew, but was good that he was also able to point them out and was knowledgeable. I was very pleased with the service and shop atmosphere! I was tempted to give them 4 stars considering it was slightly higher priced than other places I have seen but the price wasnt at all unreasonable. Great job Wilson Tire & Auto.

I did have my tires replaced here and have not had a problem with them so far. Its been 1 year 3 months. But I stop by on a different day to have my spark plugs replaced, which I bought on Amazon. They said they dont use customers provided parts. not clear why; this wasnt a problem at a different place. And its only two hours before closing do they dont have time to order their own. No alternative solution was offered.

Id really like to give them a better review due to the great courtesy of the front staff. But, after having issues with TWO cars I took there in the past two weeks Im finding it hard to give above a three. Things are eventually getting fixed to satisfaction, but its now taken repeat visits for both cars. They were both in just to have tires mounted and balanced and alignments done. It shouldnt be this difficult.

Worse service I had ever gotten. I went in for a brake inspection. I was being sold everything under the sun. I took my car to All Pro and was told just about the same thing. I did not have the repairs done by either place. My neighbor referred Garys Auto to me. My car did not need half of the work the other shops said I needed. THANKS GARYS

Had a screw in my tire and attempted to plug it. Unfortunately the plug didnt seal entirely. I came here to Goodyear Wilson and they literally took the tire off, patched it, put it back on, and stuck my spare back in the trunk in less than 20 mins for only $32. No complaints, fast, pleasant guys at the desk.

Great service, I had a drivability problem with my honda accord the dealer could not figure out. These guys not only fixed my problem but also repaired it at a reasonable price too.I will definitely be back for future maintenance service.Highly recommend Wilson Goodyear!

Competitive pricing and polite service. They had to order the tires that I wanted, they arrived the next day on schedule, took an appointment, I was out in 45 minutes and the cost was 2% under the estimate. 2% is not a big deal but, it is better than a nasty surprise.

I came in to have them replace the faulty valve stem installed at another Goodyear service center. Wanted to charge me $25 because they are "independently owned". Good luck with that. Replacing a valve stem is a 5-10 minute job.

Gentleman refused to sell me a battery, told me that installation was included. I would have to pay for a tow truck to this place because they wouldnt just sell the battery. Wish I could rate as less than a star.
