My experience was terrible from start to finish. I called ahead of time to make sure they had an availability and dropped my car off about 10 minutes later. It was for a MD State Inspection, so it should only take about an hour to two hours max to complete. They told me upon dropping my car off that they were taking my car back right away to begin the inspection, so I went home to wait for the call. Two hours later I called them asking if everything was okay, and they said they were still working on my car. At the four hour mark I walked down there and asked what was taking so long. They said, conveniently, that they were just finishing up. The mechanic (Steve?) came out to speak to me and had a laundry list of all of the things that were supposedly wrong with my car. About $1000 worth of things ranging from a new motor mount, to a new serpentine belt (even though mine had been replaced only months before). He also told me I didnt have seat belts in the back seats of my car, even though I told him how they were there but just tucked into the seats. He didnt even look for them! He just assumed they werent there since he could not see them at first glance. I paid for the inspection and left, already looking for another place to give me a second opinion. I found a very highly rated place nearby and took it there for yet another State inspection. They said EVERYTHING passed except for my tint, which was too dark. They even told me how they could still see the numbers and letters printed on my serpentine belt, proving how new it really is. Overall, I would not recommend this guy. He is a scammer and is just trying to make as much money off of you as he possibly can.

Very unprofessional and unfriendly to put it nicely! Stay away from him if you can! I bought a Groupon for this place for 3 oil changes and 1 set of wiper blades. After trying 3 times to get an appointment, I filed a complaint with Groupon. I get a call next day with the date & time I want. Visit 1: I go in with my Hyundai Sonata 2011 for an oil change, and he recommends a full synthetic oil change with an upgrade cost ($$), and a bunch of other services. Even though I knew I didnt need synthetic oil, I called the dealer in front of him who confirmed that, and he still wouldnt agree to it. When I insist, he questions my judgement and gives me an earful! Visit 2: To use up my Groupon, I go back with my wifes Nissan Versa 2011 for an oil change. He comes out with an Engine Air Filter, highly recommends I change it and the irony of the matter is that it isnt even dirty! When I decline all his recommendations (car only has 24k miles on it, serviced by the dealer at regular intervals), he points out how careless I am for not changing the oil every 3,000 miles. He flips out when I point out that Nissan recommends oil change at 7,500 highway miles, and goes off on a tangent. Visit 3: Never happening. Called Groupon, provided the facts of the case and they refunded the entire balance. Quite pleased with how Groupon handled it. I sincerely hope this helps you make an informed decision.

Ben, I was there when you were and if I recall correctly, you were getting an oil change for your BMW 740 which takes full synthetic oil...maybe thats why you had to pay the extra. I took my 09 Scion tC with a $20 groupon for an oil change and everything was excellent. Ill be back to get new brake pads next month. Its such a weird phenomena when people buy $80,000 luxury cars, but then complain about the exorbitant maintenance costs that come with it. Whatd you expect? Dont blame the mechanics at All Pro when you realize $20 wont get you an oil change for a BMW, its your fault for not budgeting out your maintenance costs when you left the dealership. Anyway I loved my experience at All Pro. Steve hooked me up with a great discount on ultra high performance tires for my Scion tC. Im so glad I found a great auto repair shop in Laurel! Will def be back.

Avoid this place!!! I carried my car to this shop for a MD state inspection. The owner wrote the vehicle up for $1395.86 in repairs to get it through the state inspection. He claimed that the power steering pump and rack and pinion were leaking. He also said the rear shocks were bad. They have less than 5,000 miles of use. The oil on the rack and pinion was from removing the oil filter during oil changes. The filter is about 4 inches above the rack and pinion. Nothing was wrong with the rear shocks. I carried the vehicle to another shop to get inspected and it passed with no problems. Dont waist your time and money!! Pay the extra $20.00 and get your inspection done at an honest shop.

Steve was the best. He explained to me what was wrong with the car and this was after fire stone had charged me $600 and I was scheduled to go back and pay them another $700. Now Steve explained to me that I did not need those extra parts that firestone had said I needed to change and the work they did on my breaks was not properly done. Steve did all of this for FREE even advised me on how to adress the issue with firestone so they can put in the parts I already paid for. So long story short Steve saved me $700 and more. I can say I definitely trust him with my car and I also recommended my friends.

Weve been taking our cars to All Pro for more than 10 years. We can always count on Steve and his guys to do a great job at a reasonable price. We use the early bird drop off feature (at least thats what I call it, dropping the car off before they open). They always call us to tell us up front what work is needed and the cost associated with the job. We only take our cars to the dealer while they are still under warranty. After that, we take them to All Pro for oil changes and all other repairs. We give Steve, Nick and the others top marks for their work!

Stay away unless you want to waste your whole day and hundreds of dollars with it. We needed a state inspection done and it took them 6 hours, when it says all over the internet it should take no longer than 1.5 hours, and every time I called to check on the status the inspector was "out". When the inspection was finally done 10 minutes before close, there were a few simple things needed to be fixed. The inspector quoted us $550 for the repairs. We took it somewhere else and got it done for $220. So these people try to rip you off big time!! Thumbs down.

DNT EVER TAKE YOUR CAR TO THIS PLACE!! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL THE OWNER STEVE IS A COMPLETE DISHONEST JERK! JUST OUT TO TAKE YOUR MONEY. Took my car there to check an oil leak he comes up with a ton of other BULLCRAP that i didnt ask him to check and then says he put the car on a diagnostic machine which I did not authorize him to do and charges me for it!! And never was able to tell me the reason for the oil leak!! The original reason the car was taken there. He will be taken to court!
