had taken my saturn ion into grands auto body for some minor body work on the passenger side front door. i dropped it off on a friday and had it back on a tuesday. the work was done very very well and looked brand new. they washed the vehicle and shined the tirers and vaccumed out the car. the mgmt. was kind and professional. they showed me the car before i took it off the lot to make sure i was satisfied. the work was done in a timely manner and in a professional manner. i would let others know about this shop cause they seem to care about the customers. they might not take credit or personal checks, but in this time when money is tight i do not blame them to just take cash or money orders. GRAT JOB WELL DONE

i had my Audi Q7 taken to the grand auto body shop for some work on the rear end of the car. To my suprise, when i came back to pick it up, the mgmt kindly showed my what they have fixed on my car. They have cleaned the tires, cleaned the whole interior ( and it was pretty messy inside), and also fixed the rear end so the car looked as if i just bought it from the car dealer, brand new. I agree with BIG DADDY .. I would reccommend this body shop to anyone who has minor or major body work to be done. EXCELLENT JOB. i would go back anytime to have my car done again. :)

best service! I got my tune up there I went to antwerpen toyota to get my camry for a tune-up and they charged me 1,000 for a damn timing belt job and spark plugs! and also there was a old asian salesman lurking around stairing down at people. I wanted to punch his lights out. at grand auto I got my things fixed nearly half the cost! and they were so nice offering me coffee, food, and even a ride to my house! best place Ive went so far. free internet and free movies. 2 thumbs up for this place I liked it.

Good job at the right price! My car got hit by a drunk driver. We were ok but not my BMW. I thought there was no way it could be fixed. But somehow they made it look like new. They also picked me up and drove me to the rental office! Recommend!

Never let these ppl touch your car. Did a sh*tty brake job and I left out with more problems than I came. Not to mention they tracked dirt in my car and didnt clean it up. Cheap shop with inflated prices and no real expertise.
