Who cant use more space around the house or office? Not many! I have used 140 Mini Storage over the years at many different times in both a business and a personal capacity. They have clean, dry and secure units in a variety of sizes with ease of access 24 hours a day through a coded entry gate. They also have a large gated lot with plenty of lighting for parking boats, campers, etc. The facility is under new management and the property manager, Kelly is extremely helpful and has the customers best interest in mind. The entire facility has security cameras and along with recent upgrades to appearance, the units have all new doors with improved locking. The prices and customer service is the best of any mini storage facility I have ever used and I will not go anywhere else for my extra storage needs.

Ms. Kelly Maas is an amazing Property Manager! She made setting us up with a storage unit a snap! I mean literally. We reserved the unit online and stopped by the office to check the unit out and close the deal. She was very informative and highly professional! You could see that the facility was very well maintained and was secure. I feel comfortable having our belongings stored here. Thank You Kelly for getting our stuff settled in! This is a great storage facilities if you need storage in the Baltimore / Carroll County area. Located right off of Rt. 140 at the county line. Ive used other storage services in the area because I have regular and ongoing need of storage. This is by far the best place Ive found. Clean, safe, dry and best prices in the area. No compromise on quality of service, despite the below market pricing. This is a real find! Excellent management and staff. Very friendly and helpful. This facility had the best rate around, and the customer service I received from Kelly was excellent! Multiple different payment options available which is fantastic! Ive been renting storage units for 15 years, and have never had the amazing customer service as I had received here. I highly recommend this facility to anyone considering it! Had all my stuff stolen from this facility three years ago when in to rent again three years later because its close to my home they would not rent to me because they said they had concerns about the security there again stay away if you want your stuff stolen
