Rented a space for 8 months, paid for 12 when it came time to get paid back for the other 4 months no one knew what to do, who to call or anything. They told us they were unable to provide a number to the corporate offices as that was "top secret", and said there manager would be back at 5pm, we waited there until 5pm but sadly their "manager" was late for work, and decided to not show up at all. We are still waiting for our payment for the 4 months we didnt rent to be paid back. It seems like if you have any complicated situations, I would recommend staying away, as they are unable to process anything past the, average day work.
