When I entered the Public Storage facility on Chillum Rd, MD on 11/21/13; I was going through a rough and trying time and Ron was on duty and assisted me with complete professionalism. He made sure I rented the perfect space for my things and he explained the the contract and insurance information. He was extremely courteous and made a bad situation - seem much better. Also, when I returned that weekend I told Ramona that I would be organizing my space soon and she said just let me know and I will make sure that you get all the materials (boxes, tape, etc.) that you will need. She was very helpful and ready to assist in any way. Great staff - Excellent customer service! Thank for you both for the wonderful services that you provide - Ron and Ramona!!! :-)

I must say that I believe in all the times that I have experienced dealing with any type of public storage facility that my experience with Ramona and Ron at the Public Storage facility on Chillum Road in Hyattsville was definitely the best I have ever had. They were both very courteous, professional and knowledgeable about the storage facility and help me to determine what my needs were in order to properly store the items I have. Great Experience! Excellent Customer Service! I just moved to the DMV from Arizona and actually was looking for a different storage place when I came across Public Storage on Chillum Rd. So glad I did! Ron and his staff were very helpful, showed me a storage unit that fit my needs with a reasonable price (had a car full of stuff from my 4 day move from Arizona), and even suggested a great BBQ restaurant for my father and I to eat at. When you are new in town, any and all recommendations and advice about the area is helpful and appreciated. Felt like I was talking to a member of the family =)

My father and I had a great experience at Public Storage because the staff was so professional from the day we opened an account until recently when we closed it. In particular, there was a staff member name Ron who was very helpful; every time we came to the unit to clean it out and had questions he was more than willing to help and answered all of our questions in a professional manner. Customer service goes a long way and when I have future storage needs or know those who are looking I will 100% refer this particular storage facility all due to the professional nature of the staff.

As someone who has had to move frequently with her job and has had to negotiate with various storage facilities around the nation, I must say that my encounter with the facility and in particular the staff of Public Storage on Chillum Road is the best Ive ever known. I must highlight the professionalism and courteousness of Ramona and Ron. They were very helpful in purchasing supplies and finding a bin that would be easily accessible. (Im an older person.) The storage unit was clean and fit my needs perfectly. Thanks again for all the help and exceptional service.

Today was my 3rd time storing items at this location and by far today Ron made my day. Dont get me wrong my other 2 visits were great but Ron kinda knew everything before i could say it AND NO ITS NOT BECAUSE IF MY OTHER VISITS BECAUSE EACH STORAGE WAS A DIFFERENT SIZE AND TIME...Ron was just on point, got what i needed fast and had me out the door in no time flat. Plus champ knows his football. Public Storage keep hiring people like Ron and youll always have my business and a service Ill always recommend.

Great experience! Great customer service. Ron and Romona were awesome! I rented a larger unit and consolidated at the end of the month. I need a smaller unit and without hesitation the had scheduled and had me slated to move to a new unit. After talking with my wife we decided just to move the remaining items home. It was no problem they were still very nice professional and made my move out seamless and easy. Definately recomend this location and would definately store here again A++

Ron, was amazing and consistent. He listened to all of my concerns and answered all of my questions. Ron, explained everything to me in ways that I could understand. He was extremely patient with me and dedicated to making sure that I understood everything with how the storage system worked. If you ever go to public storage please make sure you ask for Ron! The service here is exceptional. I needed to save money on storage and Loanda helped me out tremendously. She suggested that I downsize to a smaller unit that had a cheaper rate. This has helped me out a lot with my finances. She is always smiling and very helpful every time I come in. Ron is great also, he is very knowledgeable and personable. I,m very happy I chose to store here.

I had a great experience with Morgan. She was very courteous, sociable and informed. She had me in and out in a flash. She showed me the unit and gave me tips on how to preserve my things while in storage. I would highly recommend this Public Storage location and Morgan, in particular, if youre looking for a clean, well kept storage facility and great customer service!!!!!!!

very nice staff.great customer service. stephanie was very helful and prompt walking me thru everthing pretty quickly from showing me around smiling all the time and easy paperwork process. i am glad i came to this place.you get the impression they actually do care unlike other competitors nearby.

The hours to access the unit was so convienent. Ron was an excellent manager and posses excellent customer service! If I ever had any issues he did not hesitate to assist and make things right with a smile. I highly recommend visiting Ron today and securing your storage space!
