Yo no se de renta de Storage ni nada de eso, asi que hice una pequena busqueda en internet para encontrar un storage cerca de casa. lei los reviews de muchos y uno de los que estaban mas cerca y con mejor review fue este. asi que me dirigi a el. puedo decir que desde el primer momento que entre los empleados fueron muy amables, Celso, el senor encargado de este local nos mostro las unidades disponible y, que de acuerdo a n uestra descripcion nos convenia. ese mismo dia rentamos la unidad, hasta hoy no he tenido ningun problema. el lugar siempre esta limpio y ellos pendientes de que todo este bien. por eso los recomiendo.

He estado utilizando los servicios de Xtra Space Storage durante 2 años y hace dos dias cambie de unidad (storage) por una mas grande; debo notar la buena ubicacion y accesibilidad q para mis propositos a sido muy satisfactorio, ahora me dispongo a iniciar un nuevo periodo en mi nuevo espacio de almacenamiento y agradesco al personal administrativo por ejercer sus buenos oficios hacia mi persona. En resumen, yo calificaria de un excelente servicio al cliente, esto en relacion a mi experiencia con el Sr. Celso (customer service). Gracias por sus atenciones.

Un lugar perfecto para todas las necesidades que en almacenamiento se requieren, ademas su personal muy capacitado, superando mis expectativas. Gracias Celso por brindar tan buen servicio, que bueno seria que en todas partes donde fuera uno lo atendieran de esa manera, de nuevo muchas gracias por tu amabilidad y tu maravilloso servicio. Un exelente lugar, muy limpio, bien ordenado. Si andan en busca de un lugar para almacenar, este es el lugar adecuado.

I rented a 10x15 storage unit for 3 years at this location and was extremely pleased with the service, security and staff. I was always happy to see that the main gates were locked and only accessible by a personal code. There was also staff in the main office or on the grounds during business hours who were always happy to help. Celso in particular, who is the manager, was professional, friendly and super helpful! There was one time in the middle of the winter that I had to spend a lot of time sorting through some of my things and Celso went out of his way to find an extra space heater to keep me warm. It was thoughtfulness that you wouldnt find at most places! I felt so good about the service at this location that I recently recommended it to my sister when she and her husband moved back to town and needed a storage unit for their things. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone!

I swapped units, it was painless and they honored the reservation along with the internet price. They also prompted me with other available units so I can decide on the spot. Good customer service. So far out of the past year, the only hiccup I had was with the online payment system and getting the online account to match up to what I had on file.. it wasnt too big of a deal and there was issues with lapse in payments or anything like that. Facility was clean and well-lit. Location was good for me to get to. Overall, ESS in all the locations I have dealt with have been good, clean and easy to deal with. While some people may think that they have a rat-problem, I dont as I see they are proactive in setting traps and the like to be on top of things. I dont see any rat droppings or any other pests in my storage unit, so Im happy.

Hace poco estuvimos en Washington DC, fuimos a Extra Space Storage y tuvimos una maravillosa experiencia. El personal es muy amable especialmente el manager que se llama Celso Gracia. Yo recomiendo Extra Space Storage a todo el publico en general. La propiedad esta muy limpia y los precios son muy econimicos. Cuando regrese a Washington DC estoy seguro que volvere a Extra Space Storage.

Pros: Professional. Customer oriented. Clean interior of buildings and elevators. Quick repairs performed if customers run into the gate. Great managers specials on rental units. The staff are present and dependable for the needs of customers. The restroom is always clean and smells fresh and paper products are always available. Cons: Some customers leave nails and glass in the common driving area. Also, snow removal is not as efficient as it could be in order to gain access to storage. Overall a 9/10. The staff cannot fully control irresponsible customers that leave trash and nails around. Also, staff cant control Mother Nature or those contracted to clean up after a blizzard. One of the best storage facilities Ive used. I would definitely recommend.

Be prepared for more than an average number rent increases. Ive rented units in CA, FL & NH and have been accustomed to annual rent increases. In the 14 months I was here, I had 3 rent increases. One was justifiable as it was the end of my 3 month promotion, but then at my ±9 month anniversary I got hit again. I moved out when I got notice it was going up yet again at my ±15th month anniversary. Celso is great, I really like him, but the halls and units are incredibly dark (I had a 5x10) and I had to sweep out my unit before I moved in. I moved to a location 2.2 miles west and my rent is cheaper than my promotion rate at ESS and guaranteed not to go up for a full year. I wish I found them first.

I went to your facility to see if it would be a good place for my things to be put in storage. After talking to your staff about my questions and concerns I made my decision to use your storage. Suzette and Celso helped me rent a space at your facility, I was very grateful for their help. They were nice and explained to me that my things would be safe in your storage. The property was clean and neat plus your staff was professional and helpful. I looked into many storages before I choose extra space. But I am very happy I decide to use your storage; thank you for making my move easy. I will be sure to recommend your facility to friends and family.

We had to store our two bedroom apartment for a few months while moving from the West Coast and got a strong recommendation for this place. When we called to get a price quote we were very pleased by the great customer service and the fair prices. They were also extremely flexible which was very helpful to us. When we arrived to sign for the unit, we were welcomed by Celsos who was very professional and courteous and helped us tremendously to find the perfect unit for us and to make sure the move was as smooth as possible! I will not be looking anywhere else next time I need a storage space! Thank you!

The people are extremely helpful and the units are kept very clean. Our experience with the price fluctuation was unpleasant. After only having the unit for 6 months the price per month went up an additional $20. In addition, we noticed that the new updates to the facility required them to paint but the dust from the spray paint got through the cracks of our unit and was all over our things. Lucky, most were in containers but some furniture had to be wiped down vigorously. We were told that it just wiped off...no apologies or explanation.
